    Calm under Pressure

    We had the pleasure of working with HCH Events as a fellow vendor through Elevated Spirits Mobile Bar, and we were in communication with them for several months leading up to the big day. Throughout the planning process, they were consistently responsive, friendly, and happy to answer any questions we had. If they didn’t have an answer right away, they made sure to find one and follow up with us, which we truly appreciated. On the day of the event, she was warm, organized, and calm under pressure. She made us feel valued as part of the vendor team and was genuinely great to work with. It’s always a pleasure working alongside people who are not only professional and on top of the details but also make the experience enjoyable for everyone involved. We would happily recommend HCH Events to anyone looking for an event planner who cares about both the details and the people who help bring an event to life!

    A bride’s best friend!

    Hannah was such a wonderful partner in the planning and execution of our wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure no detail was missed.     Professional, Enthusiastic, and Quick-Thinking

    Could not recommend Hannah enough! She made my day so seamless and enjoyable. We got married at a full-service venue, so we were back and forth on whether we needed a day of coordinator. However, we ultimately decided to book Hannah as we wanted someone who could handle making sure all our vendors got their tips and who could troubleshoot for us if something went wrong. She did all of that and more. Hannah is always one step ahead and thinking of solutions before there are any problems. Could not recommend her enough!
