Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

No, we take on only one wedding per week to ensure our full attention, energy, and heart is devoted to each couple! Your day is too special to be shared. For full-service destination weddings, we reserve two full weeks to give your celebration the care and intention it deserves from start to finish.

How much time should we expect to spend with you?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the level of service you choose! For Day-Of Coordination, we’ll connect for 1–2 planning meetings (in person or virtual) and stay available for any email questions along the way. Month-Of Coordination includes unlimited emails and scheduled phone or video calls to make sure every detail is covered. For Full-Service Planning, we’re with you every step of the way.This offering unlimited emails, scheduled calls, and in-person meetings throughout your planning journey. However much time you need, we’re here to support you!

How far in advance should I book your services?

As soon as you know your date or sooner if you're a planner-at-heart! Full-service clients often book between 3 years - 12 months in advance, but we take shorter timelines when available.

Do you offer remote planning?

Yes! Our Remote Planning Support package is designed for hands-on clients who need a creative partner, vendor liaison, and inbox whisperer. We handle sourcing, emailing, mood boards, and planning calls—so you can keep your in-person schedule moving while we manage the rest.

What’s the difference between Full-Service, Month-Of, and Day-Of?

Full-Service: Start to finish, we do it all. From design, vendors, planning, and execution. Month-Of: You plan, we step in 4–6 weeks out to fine-tune and run the day. Day-Of: Perfect for smaller events and final walkthroughs, vendor check-ins, and smooth day-of execution.

That’s great! We’ll happily coordinate with your existing team and fill in any gaps to keep things running seamlessly.

Do you offer entertainment?

We do! Everthine offers in-house MC-ing, DJ-ing, live music performances, karaoke set-ups, and music editing. You can think of us as your built-in vibes team!
