I coordinate your ceremony and reception from setup through your structured program, staying through vendor dismissal and final venue coordination. I manage vendors, protect timelines, and handle day of logistics so you can be fully present. You've curated the day. I protect the vibe.

I come from large scale event production at the San Francisco Symphony, where flawless execution isn't optional. I bring that same precision and calm to weddings, but with a limited client load so you get focused attention, not a coordinator juggling five events that weekend. I'm not here to hold your hand.     From the moment we matched with Gia Barsi as the coordinator for our wedding, we knew we were in good hands. Gia was extremely thoughtful, attentive, and consistent in their communication throughout the entire planning process. They were incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible, helping us adapt to last-minute changes on the day of the wedding that we weren't expecting. Gia really listened to what we wanted to do and executed everything flawlessly, from the decorations to the timelines. She also took on the heavy lifting when coordinating vendors, which saved us a lot of stress.     Working with Gia was an absolute dream for our wedding day. From the start, Gia's direct, yet warm communication style put us at ease, and her sharp sense of humor made the planning process enjoyable. Gia truly over-delivered on our wedding day, anticipating our needs and solving any problems that arose before we even knew they existed. I've worked with Gia in the past at the San Francisco Symphony, where I witnessed her professionalism and poise firsthand while managing large-scale events like galas, donor dinners, etc. , so I knew that she could absolutely crush being our day-of coordinator for our wedding. True to form, Gia handled every detail so seamlessly that I was able to simply sit back and soak in the joy of the special day. When small hiccups did occur, Gia was already behind the scenes, communicating with vendors to smooth things out. She even went the extra mile to create additional signage the night before when she noticed a few gaps we hadn't thought of.
