Hi, I'm Gia, a Bay Area event producer and wedding day manager based in San Francisco. I work with couples who have done the planning and are ready to hand off the execution. With over a decade of experience producing large-scale events (including galas for the San Francisco Symphony) I bring a level of operational precision and calm that most day-of vendors can't offer.

What sets me apart isn’t just experience, it’s how I operate. I build timelines with intention, anticipate bottlenecks before they happen and I protect the pacing of the room so your celebration feels natural; not rushed or chaotic. Gia was extremely thoughtful, attentive, and consistent in their communication throughout the entire planning process. I specialize in wedding day management and execution. Alongside my coordination work, I manage large-scale nonprofit and fundraising events in San Francisco, which has given me extensive experience handling timelines, vendors, and logistics in high-pressure environments. My weddings are typically thoughtfully planned by the couple, and I step in to bring everything together and ensure the day runs smoothly.

You’ll work directly with me throughout the process. For larger weddings (200+) or multi-location events, additional on-site support is required to ensure smooth execution, but I remain your primary point of contact and lead coordinator.

Yes. In addition to weddings, I coordinate social and corporate events, as well as wedding-related gatherings such as rehearsal dinners and welcome events. Support can be tailored based on the scope and needs of each event.

This depends on the level of coordination you choose. Typically, we connect through a kickoff session and scheduled planning meetings leading up to the event, with most communication happening via email. My goal is to be present and prepared without requiring unnecessary time from you.

No. I take on a limited number of celebrations to ensure each event receives focused attention and care. I do not book multiple weddings on the same day.
