My role is to organize the planning details so that you experience effortless planning and a wedding that looks and feels intentional and beautifully executed, just as you envision it.

I intentionally limit the number of weddings I accept, so you receive a truly high-touch, personalized experience that’s collaborative, creative, and organized. From our first meeting to your wedding day, you’ll work directly with me as I manage every detail, curate a vendor team to fit your vision, and use a modern planning tool to keep everything centralized and accessible. I stay engaged in top wedding networks and, as a certified travel advisor, offer honeymoon travel services.

What is the investment for your services?

The investment typically starts at $3,500+ and can range to $10,000+ depending on the service level, size, location(s), complexity, and scope of design. I offer wedding services from full planning and design concepting to wedding day management only. During our consultation, I will recommend the most appropriate service based on your vision, venue type, and priorities, and provide a transparent outline of what is included.

When should we secure your services in our planning timeline?

Most of my couples reserve their date 12–18 months in advance, particularly for peak seasons and sought-after Chicago venues. Engaging a planner early allows us to be intentional from the outset—selecting the right venue, aligning your investment with your priorities, and securing the best-fit creative partners. If your timeline is shorter, I am happy to discuss availability and how I can best support you.

Do you work exclusively with certain venues or preferred vendors?

I do not maintain exclusive partnerships with any venues or vendors, which allows me to curate a team that is truly aligned with your aesthetic, expectations, and investment level. I draw from trusted industry relationships, vetted professionals, and thoughtful research. When introducing new vendors, I carefully review their portfolio, reputation, and recent work to ensure they meet the standards of service and quality my clients expect.

What does communication and collaboration look like while we plan?

I prioritize clear, proactive communication. We will connect through email, scheduled calls or Zoom meetings, and I’m flexible to connect through texting if that is your preferred way to communicate. We’ll collaborate through a modern planning platform that holds your timelines, checklists, design details, vendor information and contracts, and more. This gives you a centralized, organized view of your wedding at all times, so you always know what has been completed, what is upcoming, and where decisions are needed.

In which locations do you plan weddings, and do you take on destination events?
