My Full Wedding Planning is a high touch experience with a trusted planning partner every step of the way. I guide you through planning and cohesive design concepting, and manage the wedding day logistics—curating your vendor team, refining your aesthetic, and managing every detail so planning feels organized and effortless and your wedding day feels elevated, intentional, and undeniably you.

My Wedding Day Management begins 3 months out (depending on wedding complexity) and includes a venue walk-through so we’re fully aligned on your vision, layout, and guest experience. I create a timeline, confirm vendors, and manage last-minute details so you feel calm, supported, and confident as you count down to your “I do’s.” On wedding day you’ll see your vision come alive and revel in every moment with your guests and each other.🤍

As your dedicated wedding planner, I serve as your planning partner, advocate, and curator from the moment you book through the end of your wedding weekend. I manage the full planning journey—developing a comprehensive timeline and checklists, guiding your wedding design concepting and refining the aesthetic details, curating and organizing your vendor team, reviewing contracts, and managing the logistics. My role is to organize the planning details so that you experience effortless planning and a wedding that looks and feels intentional and beautifully executed, just as you envision it.
I intentionally limit the number of weddings I accept, so you receive a truly high-touch, personalized experience that’s collaborative, creative, and organized. From our first meeting to your wedding day, you’ll work directly with me as I manage every detail, curate a vendor team to fit your vision, and use a modern planning tool to keep everything centralized and accessible. I stay engaged in top wedding networks and, as a certified travel advisor, offer honeymoon travel services.
The investment typically starts at $3,500+ and can range to $10,000+ depending on the service level, size, location(s), complexity, and scope of design. I offer wedding services from full planning and design concepting to wedding day management only. During our consultation, I will recommend the most appropriate service based on your vision, venue type, and priorities, and provide a transparent outline of what is included.
Most of my couples reserve their date 12–18 months in advance, particularly for peak seasons and sought-after Chicago venues. Engaging a planner early allows us to be intentional from the outset—selecting the right venue, aligning your investment with your priorities, and securing the best-fit creative partners. If your timeline is shorter, I am happy to discuss availability and how I can best support you.
I do not maintain exclusive partnerships with any venues or vendors, which allows me to curate a team that is truly aligned with your aesthetic, expectations, and investment level. I draw from trusted industry relationships, vetted professionals, and thoughtful research. When introducing new vendors, I carefully review their portfolio, reputation, and recent work to ensure they meet the standards of service and quality my clients expect.
I prioritize clear, proactive communication. We will connect through email, scheduled calls or Zoom meetings, and I’m flexible to connect through texting if that is your preferred way to communicate. We’ll collaborate through a modern planning platform that holds your timelines, checklists, design details, vendor information and contracts, and more. This gives you a centralized, organized view of your wedding at all times, so you always know what has been completed, what is upcoming, and where decisions are needed.
My focus is on weddings in Chicago and the surrounding North and West suburbs. This allows me to bring deep local knowledge and trusted relationships to your planning experience.
