Yes, I am part of a team! I’m Chloris, the Owner and Lead Designer and Planner of C. Lewis Events. While I will be your main point of contact throughout the planning and design process, I also have an associate planner and two interns on my team. Depending on your event’s needs, I may bring in my associate planner or interns to assist during key planning phases or just on the event day to ensure everything runs smoothly. My goal is to give you a seamless and elevated experience with the right support in place.
Yes, we absolutely plan other events! In addition to weddings, we offer planning and design services for pre- and post-wedding events such as bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and farewell brunches. We also love designing and coordinating milestone celebrations like birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. No matter the event, our goal is to create a cohesive, beautifully curated experience from start to finish.
The time we spend together depends on the service you book. For full planning and/or full design services, we begin working with you from the time you sign the contract all the way through to the execution of your event. This means regular check-ins, design meetings, and consistent communication throughout the planning process. For our Wedding Day Management (also known as “day-of coordination”) services, we step in 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. At that point, we’ll review your plans, confirm all logistics, and ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding day.
No, we do not take on multiple weddings in a day. We believe each couple deserves our full attention, focus, and support. By limiting the number of events we take on in a weekend, we ensure that your wedding receives the time, care, and dedication it truly deserves—from the planning process through the final send-off.

Through thoughtful conversations, inspiration boards, and creative guidance, I’ll help you clarify your style, preferences, and priorities. From there, I’ll design a cohesive event that feels like you, with personal touches that reflect your story and values.

We focus on collaborating with vendors who are reliable, aligned with your vision, and committed to excellence—whether they’re new to us or part of our existing network.
Yes, we do! If you already have a planner but want a beautifully cohesive and elevated design, we’re happy to step in as your wedding designer. We’ll collaborate with your planner to ensure the vision is executed flawlessly, from mood boards and layout to florals and final styling.
