The Absolute Best!
We cannot thank Paulina enough! From our very first meeting, we knew she was the perfect fit. She asked questions about details we hadn’t even considered, lifting a HUGE weight off our shoulders. She genuinely cared about us as a couple and went above and beyond to make sure our parents felt accommodated, happy, and relaxed. Paulina’s attention to detail is truly unmatched. She built a meticulous hourly timeline and coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors to keep the day running on schedule. Even when we threw last-minute speech additions at her just minutes before they were set to happen, she handled it with total grace and adjusted everything effortlessly. To top it all off, she packed up our personal decor and loaded it into our cars so we didn't have to worry about a thing at the end of the night. If you want absolute peace of mind on your big day, hire Paulina! We cannot recommend her enough!

Paulina was such a joy to work with. She made sure our vision came to life, kept us on schedule, and pivoted when we needed to. The day of our wedding, she regularly checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed. Her calm presence and attention to detail was exactly what I needed in a day of coordinator. I would recommend her again and again!

We couldn’t have done our day without Paulina! She made everything move so smoothly and if there was any hiccups at all we had no idea! Our friends and family even mentioned to us after the wedding how amazing she was and how impressed they were with everything she did. We looked for a coordinator late in the wedding game, about 2-3 weeks before our wedding and we are so grateful that we met Paulina and she was available!! You need a coordinator for your wedding & you need Paulina

Absolutely amazing day of coordinator. I was able to enjoy the day because she was so thorough and made sure she had all contact information and timeline details. She helped me finalize everything and create a timeline. She even made sure plans were in place to get home safe if drinking! My favorite part was everything being packed into my car at the end of the night so I didn't have to worry about.

Paulina made sure our day went off without a hitch. She was so organized from the initial consultation meeting, asking questions and drafting plans for things we hadn’t thought of. She kept our timeline running smoothly and handled things that we knew happened and things we probably didn’t even know that happened. We had vendor changes day of and she didn’t even bat an eye. She was such a calming presence the day of, organizing the bridal party, coordinating with our vendor team, and making sure our day was perfect for us. We couldn’t have done it without her and recommend her so so much!
