    Amazing Help with Event

    She was an amazing help with our event. She stayed on a clear timeline, kept every family and friend on track, and quietly handled little hiccups before we even noticed. The ceremony started on time, transitions were seamless, and we actually got to enjoy our day. Very organized and professional, couldn’t recommend her more!

As soon as you know your date! Most couples book 6–12 months in advance. My weekends fill quickly, especially during spring and fall wedding seasons.
I step in 4–6 weeks before your wedding to finalize details, confirm vendors, build a timeline, and run the entire event from setup to send-off. You plan it — I bring it to life.
Yes — while I specialize in day-of coordination, I also offer partial and full-service packages for couples who want more support before the big day.
I’m based in Maryland and happily travel throughout DC, Virginia, and surrounding areas. For destinations farther away, travel and lodging may apply.
If your venue is more than 60 miles from my base location, a small travel fee is added to cover mileage or transportation. For overnight stays, the couple provides hotel accommodations the night before and/or after the event.
Yes — rehearsal coordination is included or can be added to your package. I help guide your wedding party through the ceremony flow so everyone feels confident for the big day.
You’ll get access to email and phone support as soon as we start working together. I also provide shared timelines and checklists to keep everyone on the same page.
