Will you edit all our pictures?

Accepted Answer

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services on a per-case basis.

Do you have insurance?

Accepted Answer

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them. I am also a certified (licensed) drone pilot and also carry drone insurance.

Question 3

Do you also offer video services?

Accepted Answer

Yes! I own a wedding videography company (I do videography mainly, but now adding photography as well). If you'd like to get both photo and video through me, I can do that too!

Question 4

How many pictures will we get?

Accepted Answer

You can expect about 80 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors. I tend to overshoot abit, but try to photograph with intent (not pray and spray). So depending on the events and how full of events the wedding is, I might come up with a lower number or a higher number :)

Question 5

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

As I am new to the photography-business side of things (veteran in the videography side), couples are booking me about 3-6 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame. As I do more galleries and photography more weddings, like most photographers, I expect to eventually book in the 10-12 month before-the-wedding range.

Do you work with assistants or other photographers?

I ALWAYS bring a 2nd photography that is vastly more experienced than me right now. While I know weddings inside and out and am very proficient with the camera, as this is a newer venture of mine (photography), I rather have someone that can come in clutch and correct me or give me pointers if I am forgetting something or if they see something I don't. I understand weddings are a once-in-a-lifetime event for most and there are no do-overs. Because of that, I don't mess around with your beautiful moments, I want to make sure every important shot is taken and that I can guarantee you'll have those beautiful moments preserved.

Question 7

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

I've never missed a wedding, ever. I filmed a wedding the day after my dad passed away; and I love my dad. That's the level of commitment and work-ethic he instilled and me and that I am proud to have. So unless something catastrophic happens, I don't expect to miss your big day. HOWEVER, life unexpectedly happens. In the event I can not photograph your wedding, I have a few photographer colleagues/friends that I can call on in a pinch to save the day. I wouldn't do this if I didn't know I can have your day covered.
