Jennifer is a 25-year veteran in the beauty industry, and has worked under some of the best direction in the field. She began her career with MAC, and has since held field and trainer positions for Stila, NARS, and Oribe. Jennifer currently is the ABC and ESPN stylist and artist for the NBA and NHL in Boston. Here you will find her working with tv personalities, Doris Burke, Lisa Salters, Beth Mowins, Mike Breen, Emily Kaplan, AJ Mleczko, and Sean McDonough. Jennifer's A-list also includes Alex Rodriguez, actor Rob Lowe, Project Runway's Jonathan Kayne, and the Encore Resort and Casino.

Jennifer is seasoned, experienced, and has decades in the industry, yet is relatable to today's bride. Jennifer KNOWS her team, and they really exist, it's not just a phrase to book more brides and then find coverage. She's trained, been trained by, worked alongside, even given birth to one, her entire team!

We got married on Lake Winnipesaukee last year, and finding the right hair and makeup team was so important to me. I wanted what every bride wants—to look like myself, just the most beautiful, confident version possible—and Jennifer McLaughlin Makeup Artistry and Hair Design Team made that happen perfectly. From the moment they arrived, Jennifer and her team went above and beyond. Wedding mornings can be stressful, but they made ours fun, relaxed, and filled with laughter. They listened to exactly what I wanted—natural, timeless makeup and gorgeous, voluminous hair—and brought it to life in a way that lasted all night and photographed beautifully. They weren’t just talented, they were kind, calming, and made everyone in my bridal party feel incredible. I truly can’t recommend Jennifer and her team enough for any bride looking for a flawless experience from start to finish.

Jennifer did my makeup as a bridesmaid for a wedding in June on a very hot, humid day. She made me feel comfortable and glam while not looking over the top or unnatural, and everything stayed perfectly in place despite the challenging weather! I would definitely recommend her work.

Jennifer was the makeup artist for a wedding this summer where I was a bridesmaid. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how amazing we all looked!! The compliments we all received were endless! As an older bridesmaid, (closer to 50 than 30) I was worried about looking too overdone. This was not the case at all. I looked just as great as those in their 20s! Jennifer was very professional, she even helped out with the photographer and hair stylist. Though our day started early, my makeup lasted the entire night!! Five stars, highly recommend!!!!

Jennifer is a true professional. She is very straightforward, clear, and honest about her process and capabilities. She is also a fantastic listener and was able to "tease out" what I was *really* looking for versus what I thought I wanted. At my trial, we came up with a game plan together. Based on my inspo photos and my description, Jennifer then made some professional recommendations and I loved seeing her vision come to life in my final look. I, literally, had cheekbones for days! On my wedding day, she arrived promptly and got right to work, demonstrating her extensive knowledge and impressive talent. The quality of her work was phenomenal - my hair and makeup looked stunning and lasted flawlessly throughout the entire day (including the after party). I was thrilled with the final results and highly recommend booking Jennifer. If you're lucky and she is available...don't hesitate, book her. You will not be disappointed.
