Our beauty studio is located in Hampstead, NH - directly across from the Granite Rose and within 15 minutes of Hyla Brook Estate, Birch Wood Vineyards, Zorvino Vineyards, LaBelle Winery, and the Castleton. Our team specializes in creating timeless, camera-ready looks that feel like you, but elevated.

Veil Beauty Loft is Co-Owned by Maekalah Makeup, a bridal MUA, and Nicole, a licensed esthetician and skin specialist. Veil Beauty Loft has a team-based bridal beauty studio specializing in makeup and hair. Every look is customized to your personal style, skin needs, and wedding aesthetic. We offer both in-studio prep and full on-site glam services, and every client receives a curated touch-up kit to ensure your look lasts beautifully from first photos to last dance.

We do not have a minimum persons amount, but a minimum price point of $800.

Yes- lashes are included in all bridal prices. Price does not change if someone does not want lashes/brings their own lashes.

No- you do not have to book a trial as it is not included in your bridal contract. Your bridal trial is booked and paid for separately. However, it is important to note that booking a hair and makeup bridal trial is a good way for the bride to experiment with different styles, communicate her preferences, and ensure the chosen look complements her features. The trial also helps test the longevity of the hair and makeup, assess how they photograph, and coordinate with the wedding attire. Ultimately, it reduces stress by providing clarity and confidence about the bridal look, while aiding in time management for the wedding day schedule!

Yes! All prices include a touch up kit.

Maekalah from Veil Beauty Loft was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. She made the whole process stress-free with quick responses over email and Instagram, which meant we never had to worry about getting our questions answered. On our wedding day, she felt like one of the girls—making all of us feel comfortable and at ease while she worked her magic. What really stood out was how she talked us through everything she was doing and gave us honest feedback about what would work best for our look. Her talent is clear, but what we loved most was how easy she made everything feel. We can't recommend Maekalah enough to any couple looking for a makeup artist who is both skilled and genuinely kind.

Maekalah at Veil Beauty Loft made our wedding day so much better. From the first message, her communication was quick and she answered all our questions. On the day of the wedding, she kept me calm and reassured me the whole time, and working with her was genuinely fun. Her personality meshed so well with everyone in the room, and you could just feel the calmness and good energy from her. She kept me calm the entire time, let me take breaks when I needed to, and was just an absolute sweetheart. The makeup she applied looked phenomenal and stayed flawless throughout the entire event, even in the pouring rain outside for our ceremony! I came back into the tent after being in the pouring rain, and my makeup was absolutely perfect. I was blown away with how amazing it looked, and my bridesmaids and mothers looked stunning. Maekalah is kind, professional, and truly cares about making her clients feel beautiful. I'm recommending her to everyone and would absolutely book her again.

Amazing makeup artist!!
Maekalah and the team at Veil Beauty Loft were a dream to work with for my wedding day! Maekalah is super responsive, flexible, and so sweet! I've always loved the looks she's done on other brides and was beyond happy with the way my makeup came out. I felt like the most beautiful blushing bride! My mom, mother-in-law, and all my bridesmaids also looked and felt amazing, and more importantly, like themselves. It is also a major plus that Maekalah works with a super talented hair stylist Catie! I'm so happy they both were apart of my special day.

Makeup of My Dreams
I will do my best to put into words how absolutely magnificent Mae is as a makeup artist. I have never felt more confident and more like myself in makeup in my entire life. NOT ONLY that - she glammed my entire crew, including my mother and MIL, kept us all on schedule, and we all went out during the most exciting (and terrifying) moment of my life feeling like the best versions of ourselves. She is very fun to work with, punctual, and a great communicator (which as an anxious bride, meant everything to me), and HELLOOOOO my eyes were so stunning even under my glasses. The makeup stayed on all night and I felt as beautiful leaving my reception as I did walking down the aisle. There are no words that can truly encapsulate how much that meant to me.
