About Ella Hair & Makeup
Ella Hair & Makeup
Owner & Team
I take pride in making you & your event more beautiful and would be overjoyed to help create a look that truly captures “you” for your special day. Whether you have a destination wedding or small event in a big city, let me create a truly unique look.
As a licensed cosmetologist, I have been in the beauty industry for twenty years. Working as a hair and makeup artist for brides has been my life's job and a love of mine as I've toured around the world. The artists on my team have been around for a long time and have seen and heard it all. Making this the most memorable day of your life is our goal, not creating an Instagram reel but being present for our brides.

What is a blow-out? A blowout service is all about getting your hair washed and then having a stylist work their magic to dry and style it into a gorgeous, voluminous look using a round brush and a hair dryer. This does require hair to be 100 percent wet.
For makeup, our crew uses a bunch of different brands. Brands that are vegan-friendly and those we use on set. Here are some brands to give you an idea of what we offer. None Vegan Chanel; urban decay; RCMA; MAC Cosmetics; Danessa Myricks; Makeup forever; Haus of Labs; Gucci; Givenchy; Nars; Tarte; Fenty Beauty; Charlotte Tilbury; Maybelline; Rare Beauty; NYX; Patrick Ta; Makeup By Mario; Marc Jacobs; Laura Mercier; HUDA BEAUTY; Ardell; Prada; Patrick TA; Yves Saint Laurent; Anastasia Beverly Hills; Armani
As a customer, you may wonder why makeup artists frequently include travel fees in their service costs. The time spent meticulously packing and preparing, the hours spent managing traffic, and the money spent on gasoline all demonstrate the makeup artist's dedication to presenting you with a perfect and joyful makeup experience. Each minute driving to your location is a minute that could have been spent on another planned appointment; however, makeup artists prefer to prioritize your convenience. The trip fee, which is frequently regarded as an extra price, is actually an investment in offering exceptional service right at your door
The duration of the trial should not exceed two hours, and we typically conduct only one look of your choosing. In extremely rare instances, brides may elect to have their hair down at a later date, rather than having it up as they did during the trial. It is acceptable for brides to alter their minds, provided that the stylist and the bride maintain effective communication. The trail may be conducted at the studio in San Francisco or, on occasion, in the comfort of your home, contingent upon the studio's availability and the bride's location.
Hair extensions are a popular choice for brides and bridesmaids because they can immediately add length, volume, and the ability to achieve specific styles, such as long, flowing waves or elaborate updos, for weddings. Clip-in extensions are the most common for weddings since they are simple to put on and remove, providing an interim option for increasing length and volume. Tape-in extensions are an even more secure and long-lasting solution. Micro ring extensions are a more permanent alternative for adding length and volume, as they are more durable than clip-in or tape-in additions.
The objective is to avoid colors that are in competition with the cosmetics that the client is wearing, to give a neutral backdrop, and to portray an image that is both fashionable and professional. During the transformational process, the background will allow the focus to remain on the bride or client as the transformation takes place.
