Detailed Drivers is a TLC-licensed luxury chauffeur company based in SoHo, New York. We provide airport transfers, hourly as-directed service, weddings, corporate travel, Sprinters and black cars with all-in rates (tax, fees and gratuity included), 24/7 dispatch, and real-time flight tracking. Founded in 2023, we serve Manhattan, the Tri-State, and nationwide via affiliates.

Yes. We routinely manage fleet coordination for weddings, corporate events, and group outings. From a single VIP sedan to dozens of vehicles, we handle routing, timing, and driver coordination so your event runs smoothly.
Passengers 21 and over may consume alcohol in the passenger compartment of our limousines and luxury vehicles. We provide ice, water, and glassware. You may bring your own beverages; we ask that all guests drink responsibly.
Our chauffeurs default to formal business attire (dark suit and tie). For black-tie galas, weddings, or formal events, tuxedo or requested dress code can be arranged when you book.
Yes. Our hourly car service is ideal for proms, anniversaries, nights out, and multi-stop events. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with you for the duration—no rushing between drop-offs.
We can extend your reservation on the spot when possible. Overtime is billed at the agreed hourly rate. Your chauffeur will stay as long as you need, subject to availability.
Event transportation is priced by vehicle-hour blocks: Business Sedan from about $120/hr all-in, First Class SUV about $150/hr, Mercedes-Benz S-Class about $230/hr, and Sprinter Van about $240/hr. Gratuity, tax, and card processing are included in every figure.
An event-series contract puts a whole calendar of events under one agreement: locked rates for the term, priority vehicle holds on your dates, a named account manager, and one consolidated net-30 invoice per event or per month.
Yes. Multi-vehicle events include an on-site dispatch coordinator who stages vehicles, sequences departures against your run-of-show, tracks every chauffeur by radio and GPS, and gives your event team a single phone number for the entire fleet.
