Portland-Based Charcuterie Me was born out of a passion for the charcuterie experience . Food has always been at the center of my family gatherings. My fondest memories revolve around sharing laughs and stories with family around the dinner table . I wanted to recreate that feeling through Charcuterie Me by bringing people together through the crowd-pleasing board of meat, cheese and accompaniments. We take the guesswork out of preparation, and allow you freedom to enjoy the moment.

Charcuterie Me has amassed a customer base of over 1,700 unique customers and over 80 businesses both in the Pacific Northwest and in multiple countries. Charcuterie Me is a woman and minority owned business in the Portland metro area. The brand attracts fans of charcuterie and makes charcuterie accessible, using vibrant colors and language.
