Hello everyone, my name is Terence and I am the owner of Nepita! I have always been passionate about sharing a culinary moment with strangers. Being trained and having worked in Michelin starred restaurants, I learned how to make all sorts of frozen confections. That shaped me in creating Nepita, an artisan ice cream pop up shop offering flavors inspired by the Mediterranean!

I love making ice cream from scratch, and using great local ingredients. Going to local markets is something I picked up doing, to ensure I keep supporting local artisans and farmers year round, and that my ice cream keeps being authentic and seasonal. My inspirations for flavors also come from where I am from, Corsica. So it is my goal to mix both my roots and the environment in which I live in. I am excited to make it accessible for the most important celebrations of your life!

    Amazing authentic icecream.

    Nepita is incredible. Not only is the taste amazing but talking to the owner, you realize how much commitment he has to the craft. He told me about how part of his flavors for the ice cream came from a hike he did in Corsica where he started picking some natural flowers in the mountain and saw how he could use them in ice cream. Talk about true authenticity. Definitely buying from Nepita again.

    Insane flavor combinations and stellar service!

    So lucky to come across a unique and passionate business to work with and offer to my guests! I wanted unique and unconventional flavors that would be unforgettable - the flavors are exceptional! I loved the koginut and candied tumeric ice cream and still talk about it to this day. I hope more people discover Nepita because it’s THAT good.
