Our five-piece band, featuring incredible male and female lead vocalists, means we truly can play it all—from romantic classics to modern party anthems. Having played 25 shows across 9 different venues in 2025, we bring a level of professional experience that guarantees a flawless, high-energy event. We'll consult with you to build a perfect setlist that brings your vision to life—whether intimate or full-blown party!

We know wedding planning can be overwhelming, but finding the perfect band shouldn't be. Reinstate Pluto delivers the electric energy of a top-tier live band—the kind that gets everyone dancing! And we know budgets matter. Our fee is comparable to what you'd pay for a high-quality DJ, so you don't have to compromise on the amazing atmosphere a live band creates. We will work with you to create exactly the celebration you imagine! From ceremony sound and music, to emceeing your introductions and special moments, to keeping your dance floor grooving. We will follow your recipe, not ours, so every moment will be just the way you want it!

    Reinstate Pluto is one of our go-to bands for high-stakes events like our Tuckertoberfest, and for good reason. They have a fantastic ability to read a crowd and play a setlist that appeals to everyone from kids to grandparents, making them an ideal choice for a wedding reception. They are true professionals—always on time, great with communication, and they bring a polished, high-energy sound that keeps people staying for 'one more round.' We are in our fourth year of booking them regularly. If you want a band that is easy to work with and guaranteed to keep your guests happy and dancing, we can’t recommend them enough.

We typically dress in "Rock-Show Chic"—think stylish, modern attire that matches the high energy of our performance while remaining professional for a wedding setting. However, we are happy to coordinate our look to fit your reception, whether that’s formal black-tie, possibly with a pop of color to match your theme, or something more casual and alternative. You can be sure we will look great and match the vibe you are going for!
Absolutely! We love adding personal touches to your big day. We can learn a specific song for your first dance, parent dances, or a "must-have" anthem that isn't already in our repertoire. We just ask for at least 60 days' notice to ensure we get the arrangement perfect.
We aren't a "stand behind the mic" kind of band. We are a five-piece, high-energy collective featuring both male and female lead vocals and multi-instrumentalists (including violin and keys!). We are known for being extremely interactive—using wireless tech to wander into the crowd, leading line dances, or orchestrating sing-alongs to 90s and 2000s classics. We don't just play music; we create an "out of this world" experience.
Yes! We want the dance floor to be a reflection of you. We can work with you beforehand to build a setlist from our library of rock, pop, and alternative hits spanning the 70s to today. On the night of the event, we are happy to take requests from your guests that fit the vibe and keep the party moving.
Yes! Because our members are multi-instrumentalists, we can scale down for more intimate moments. We can provide acoustic guitar, piano, or even violin for a romantic ceremony atmosphere, and a smaller ensemble or jazzier "lounge" set for your cocktail hour before the full band kicks things off for the reception.
We can arrange insurance if required by you or your venue. This is typically an extra fee, usually no more than $150. We will arrange the insurance in advance of the contract so there is no surprise.
Our style is high-energy, nostalgic, and fun. We specialize in rock, alternative, and pop "anthems" that get people dancing and singing along. We have a particular soft spot for the 90s and 2000s, but our setlists span from the 70s to today’s hits. Think of us as the ultimate playlist brought to life with a "live-concert" feel.
We typically arrive 2 to 3 hours before our scheduled start time to load in, set up our sound system, and conduct a thorough sound check. We aim to be fully set up and tucked away before your guests even arrive at the space. We will coordinate with you and your venue to be sure we are ready and out of the way according to a schedule that works for you and for them.
Our focus is the music and sound. If you like we can also emcee the night. We provide a professional-grade sound system and lighting for the band and dance floor to ensure we look and sound great. We do not provide a photo booth or other audio-visual equipment.
For weddings within the Metro Atlanta area, travel is included in our flat rate. For venues more than an hour outside the perimeter, we charge a modest travel fee that is typically $300 to cover fuel and added travel time. Breakdown is always included in our service—we’ll have our gear packed up and the space cleared shortly after the party ends. We will work with your venue to be sure that expectations for our load out schedule are agreed in advance.
Sales tax requirements vary by the location of the venue and state and local laws. We will provide a transparent, all-in quote in your contract so there are no surprises regarding taxes or hidden fees.
We totally get it! The last thing you want is a band that drowns out conversation or violates venue sound restrictions. We use state-of-the-art sound technology, so we have absolute control over our volume. Here is how we keep the sound perfect and completely controllable. We don’t use amplifiers or monitors on stage. Instead, our instruments are plugged directly into our sound system and we use in ear monitors. If we turn the master volume knob down, the stage goes quiet. This has become the industry standard at music venues to assure the right volume and a mix that emphasizes our terrific vocalists, which is what people want to hear.
