I'm Pablo Lanouguere, a New York City bassist performing weddings and private events as a one-man live-looping act. On upright and electric bass — plus live loops, beats, and keys — I build full, modern arrangements in real time: jazz, pop, rock, R&B, soul, tango, and Latin. One musician with a DJ's range and a live musician's soul — made for ceremonies and cocktail hours.

I can customize the music set to meet your specific requirements. I can offer a relaxed and jazzy solo performance accompanied by loops and beats, and play some of the songs you request. Additionally, I can provide a warm and sophisticated jazz ensemble or a sensual tango ensemble. My primary objective is to adapt to the unique needs of each event and deliver the highest quality music possible. I have performed my solo set for product promotions, cocktail hours, and various events. I am adept at tailoring my performance to meet your specific requirements, ensuring that your event will be a memorable experience for your attendees.

    A vendor worth booking!

    From our first conversation with Pablo, we knew we had found our perfect live musician. He responded quickly to every email and call, and was always willing to work with us on the details that mattered most.     Exceptional musician and professional

    Pablo played for the cocktail hour portion of my event and he enriched the experience of the guests with his music and was a joy to work with. He asked great questions to help me figure out the flow of the event and music and came thoroughly prepared. Many guests commented that his music was superb. I'd welcome him and any of his groups for my future events.
