    BEST DJ!!

    Musicbox Entertainment made our reception feel like a party from start to finish. The DJ played the perfect mix of songs that kept our guests dancing all night long, and we loved how he read the room and adjusted the vibe as needed. The photobooth was such a hit and everyone had a blast taking pictures, and it gave us some hilarious memories to look back on. The uplighting they set up transformed our venue and created this awesome atmosphere that looked incredible in our photos. From our first conversation to the day of the wedding, the team was kind and got back to us quickly whenever we had questions. We'd definitely book Musicbox Entertainment again and highly recommend them to any couple looking for a DJ who actually cares about making your day special.

    Musicbox experience

    We had booked Musicbox a year and a half prior to our wedding. Steve-the owner- really sold us on him and his company. We loved the affordability of the price and were able to add on cold sparklers and big marquee love letters. In our contract, and in conversation with Steve, we were specifically told we would have 2 DJs. When emailing Steve to find out about dietary restrictions, he even asked for 2 meals for him and another DJ. At the wedding, Steve was the only DJ present. This was a pretty big bummer for us, as we had specifically chosen DJs to interview who offered 2 DJs. After emailing Steve post wedding, he responded that he had changed it in 2022 but not told us. He never apologized, and responded by saying he did a good job so it didn’t matter. Overall the music was good. Everyone stayed on the dance floor and we heard probably around 60% of our songs on our must play list. I can’t say I would fully recommend using musicbox in the future. If I knew what I know now, then, I would not have hired them. However, the cost is affordable, and for the most part, music was good. Hope this helps another couple!
