Levi DJ’ed and coordinated the music for the ceremony and the reception. Both were in the same venue but the timetable was tight, and his expertise helped keep all cues precise and all bridal party members on pace. He met with me ahead of time and took extra time to discuss the cues and pacing of the ceremony, and helped with the layout of the reception to optimize space for the dance floor. He also provided additional lighting options and was a key player in helping make the day so special and so much fun for everyone!

From the moment we first reached out to DJ Express, Levi was quick to respond and very informative throughout the entire planning process. His communication style put us at ease and made the experience of booking a DJ for our wedding seamless. On the day of, Levi's great attention to detail and ability to keep things running smoothly took a lot of stress off of me as the bride. The music selection was perfect and had all our guests dancing all night long. Levi was a true professional and we would absolutely recommend booking him for any event. Yes! We work with you to develop the perfect soundtrack for your event and invite your guests to make requests throughout the event. Of course, we always respect any do not play requests as well.

We provide a separate sound system for the ceremony area with your choice of music and full sound support for live musicians*.

Our standard setup takes approximately 1 hour and strike at the end of the event is approximately 30-45 minutes. Larger events, unique venues, and extensively lighting may require additional time. Typically, there is not a fee for event setup and strike if accompanied by a DJ package.

Yes, we offer special event lighting design, special effects, and photo booths. Our team will meet with you to learn about your vision and review any inspiration photos before offering a custom quote.

Travel within 1-hour of Bristol, TN is included with our packages. Additional drive time may be added based on your venue location. We do not charge an extra fee for standard setup and break down of equipment.

Our DJs dress to match the look and feel you envision for your event. During your consultation call, you will let your DJ know the type of attire you prefer.

Yes, we work with you to create a custom soundtrack for your special day including your favorite songs and the songs you wish to skip.
