In preparation for your wedding, I always schedule time with each couple to review key songs, including the first dance, to make sure everything is exactly as expected. During our planning discussion, I played the version I had on file, and it was confirmed at that time. Unfortunately, it appears there was a different version intended, and I understand how that impacted the moment despite those efforts. That said, I do want to acknowledge the many moving parts of your day. There were several last-minute adjustments, including coordinating multiple live musicians across different locations and helping guide the timing of the ceremony and transitions in real time. Like other vendors involved, I worked hard to adapt quickly and keep everything running as smoothly as possible under changing circumstances. My goal is always to deliver a seamless and memorable experience, and I regret that your day did not fully meet your expectations. I truly did my best to support you throughout the process and on the day itself, and I’m sorry that this particular moment fell short.
