“Our wedding felt like it went by in five minutes, I swear. I was worried I’d forget so much, but the photos and video bring it all back every time I look at them. They captured moments I didn’t even notice were happening. My husband laughing with his friends, my mom tearing up, the flower girl dancing like crazy. The pictures are gorgeous but what really got me was the video. The way they pieced it together with the music was just unreal. It felt like watching a movie but it was OUR movie. I couldn’t believe how natural we all looked, nothing staged or fake. Even the shots of us walking around outside look like something from a magazine. “Where do I even begin... first, Heather was absolutely phenomenal! She was able to fit us in with probably the shortest notice ever. She was also able to work with our budget. Her communication was amazing, she answered all of my questions quickly. She made us feel very comfortable! Working with her and her fiance felt like we had all been friends already, we just clicked (haha). Side note: we got to help out two poor little stray kittens with them, so animal lovers always a plus in my book! I am madly in LOVE with the photos she took, they are absolutely perfect!!!! “We had the most amazing time working with Ali! We had kind of a long engagement and we initially started working with Ali over a year and a half before our wedding to get our engagement photos done. Not only were the photos beautiful, but Ali made us feel super comfortable and at ease throughout our session. Leading up to our wedding day, Ali was amazing at coordinating the day of timeline with our coordinator and making sure that all the elements that were important to us were included so that we had enough time to capture the moments. One of my favorite things about working with Ali is her calm presence. Every time I was stressed about something in the planning process about the timeline I would talk to Ali and she would immediately make me feel at ease. She was constantly reminding me that the most important thing on my wedding day was to be present with our friends and family (and as a type A bride this was a much-needed reminder!) Ali also came to take photos at our rehearsal dinner and welcome party which was great because she got to know our families and our family dynamics before our big day which was a huge help! On the wedding day Ali and the second shooter Scottie were rockstars! They went above and beyond at every opportunity from helping the boys tie a bow tie, climbing out on my fire escape to get a crazy photo that I had in mind, moving locations at last minute, dealing with rain, helping bustle my dress, and of course capturing all the beauty of our perfect day. “My husband and I were beyond impressed with our entire experience with Debra Aslanidis Photography. From start to finish Debra made my experience as a bride so smooth and stress-free. Wedding planning can be a stressful process, but Debra provided excellent communication about what to expect leading up to the wedding and the day of, so we felt very at ease the entire time. When I ran into an unrelated issue (a problem with another vendor), Debra reached out and sent me recommendations and offered support while I dealt with the situation. “A few things that stood out the most about Isaac were how responsive he was, how he was able to accommodate to our budget, and how he took pictures from angles and views that turned out great on the photos. As a couple with demanding careers, I much appreciated how quickly Isaac was with replying to emails. We had a pretty tight budget, and Isaac was able to offer us a package that landed pretty close to our budget and only had the items that we needed the most (mini engagement photoshoot for the website and wedding day). Our ask for him was to get some candid shots as we feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. I personally think that the wedding day pictures came out more naturally because of the setting being surrounded with friends and families, and Isaac and Sushen did a great job capturing the candid moments beautifully. Isaac even had an idea for me to pose by climbing up a wooden stair ladder for a shot that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to turn out while doing it, but it ended up turning out beautiful and magazine-like in addition to other ones that he asked us to pose for. Isaac put together a behind the scenes video that also showed the reactions of guests to our photo place cards before we had entered the reception area, and this was lovely in that we got to see our guests' reactions that we weren't able to see.”

“my photography group was outstanding!! sherri and her group were open to my creativity and loved the poses I wanted to randomly throw in!! there are 2 girls and 2 guys so nothing was missed on my special day!! the positivity that came from them all was amazing talk about a hype team!! also I booked her very early so she dealt with me for a year and a half and was very attentive to all my changes wants and needs!! she also worked with me on payments. also my husband and I are both plus size people and they made sure all of our good angles were in the shot!!
