Hey, there! I'm Jen, the stargazing, swing dancing, singing in the car lead photographer and owner of BlueVerve Studio. A creative through and through, I spend my spare time writing, sketching, and snuggling with Andy (my SO, and main 2nd photographer) and our two fur babies, Cali and Hobbes. I’m equal parts romantic and pragmatic, and nearly incapable of saying no to pie. Growing up playing in the darkroom of my dad's print shop is where I first fostered my love of photography. Over the years that love grew during family trips to the mountains, creative projects in college, and an ever-present desire to document and preserve/share stories.

The photo was taken by me and I would guess with a basic point and shoot camera so the quality is not the best, kinda blurry, the colors are washed out but I LOVE that photo. That photo signifies to be to always be present and in the moment, because that’s the last photo I was able to take of my grandfather.
