Blenheim Hill Farm is a heavenly wedding destination in the Catskills Mountains. Our capacity is from 70-200 guests. We grow the food and cook it for you in ​our ​own kitchen. You don't have to worry about outside catering, rentals, or even a planner. Our in-house team helps you every step of the way, and everything is included. Our historic farmhouses ​ ​are gorgeously appointed sanctuaries for you and your family, sleeping up to 40 guests. With over 15 years in farm-to-table dining and destination weddings, we are committed to hosting your best-day-ever with extraordinary attention to detail, making it a very personal experience.

ABOUT US The Book Village Inn is a historic 1800s home converted into a five-room inn, bar, restaurant, & event space. With sprawling lawns, historic charm, & a flowing stream, the setting is magical. OUR SPACES We offer multiple spaces for your wedding--our bar/restaurant, a rustic barn, old schoolhouse, sprawling green lawns & a beer garden. OUR LOCATION Located right on Main Street—a short walk to the bookstores our town is famous for. FOOD & BEVERAGE In-house catering and bar services offering: passed canapés, cocktail hour, seating dinner, buffet, desserts, & a few fun late-night munchies. WHAT WE OFFER Complete & private use of the entire building and property + ceremony seating, cocktail tables, and picnic tables. We work with preferred vendors to offer everything else you may need. “We absolutely loved having our wedding at Windham Manor in the fall! The property is stunning, and the views are gorgeous, especially in the early autumn. We got married in the Enchanted Forest, had cocktail hour on the lawn, and our reception in the barn. Everything flowed seamlessly and with 110 guests, the layout was perfect. Although Windham is a small town, it’s easy for guests to find places to stay and things to explore. We did our rehearsal dinner in town and hosted our Sunday brunch at the on-site house. Susan and Barry were wonderful, checking in with us and giving us time to settle in on Thursday. They also offered a variety of decor items such as candles, vases, runners, etc., which made setting up our reception easy and stress-free. We stayed with our wedding party at the house onsite and this really helped make our weekend extra special. We loved having our wedding party with us to hang out and catch up, and to facilitate our after party. Our house manager, Karen, was incredible. She was extremely thoughtful, attentive, and always anticipating what we needed. She checked in throughout the day with even small things like water, coffee, or food. She helped the weekend feel calm and effortless. From the moment we first visited, we knew Windham Manor was our number one choice and it did not disappoint!”

“My favorite princess growing up was Snow White because I loved the magicalness of the animals and the beautiful views of the forest and the mountains. So when looking for a wedding venue I looked for a place where I could create an intimate fairytale day. Adena was the perfect match! This venue has a gorgeous Barns, a beautiful house, mountain view’s, and pond views! The land is tucked into a protected forest, so many woodland animals were seen in the early morning exploring the lush greenery.
