When I first reached out to him his kindness and sincerity were the first things I noticed. He was super professional and thorough but also very easy to talk to. I ended up doing two makeup and hair trials and felt really good about my look after the second one. Lia was the hair stylist who Danny recommended and works with frequently. They were both very understanding and just wanted me to feel my best. They were right on time the day of the wedding, had such a calming presence and everyone was so happy with their hair and makeup. One of my bridesmaids who didn’t originally sign up for makeup asked to have hers done because of how much she loved everyone else’s and because we had enough time he was able to do it. After the wedding everyone said how well my makeup and hair lasted and you can tell in the photos as well! Danny and Lia were great listeners, super fun, very approachable and easy to talk to in the process of figuring out what I liked and didn’t like and just really skilled at their craft. Their pricing was also very reasonable and you could tell their passion and love for what they do was their drive. Danny was great at communicating and really organized as well. “I got married on 10/18/2025 and hired Beauty Boston for hair and makeup. I found Beauty Boston on The Knot and was drawn in by the volume of positive reviews for the company. I utilized the online inquiry form to reach out, and Marissa responded right away with pricing information and availability. I appreciated that I was able to do a trial before committing to booking anything and loved that the company offered both makeup and hair options. I was assigned Andi as a make up artist and Jordan as a hair stylist. I had my trial with Andi, and she did a fantastic job. She listened to what I truly wanted and was very adaptable when I requested small tweaks. She kept track of all the products she used and all of my requests really well because she replicated the look perfectly 9 months later on my wedding day. While I had a lifelong friend do my own hair for my wedding, Jordan did hair for my 4 bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother-in-law. All of their styles came out beautiful and lasted the whole night (my sister even wore her look to brunch the next day and it still looked amazing)! During the planning process, Marissa was extremely helpful in coordinating timelines and pricing. I loved that the artists were able to come on site to the hotel where we got ready and they even brought their own chairs for us to use. On the wedding day, both Andi and Jordan were extremely punctual and kind. They really both did a fantastic job and kept us on schedule. We even had time at the end for two bridesmaids who had not requested make up to get lashes put on for a small fee at the last second. Because we were planning from across the country, I did not have time for a trial run for my hair and makeup. Regardless, Paige was able to do do both perfectly with a few photos as references! Myself, two bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law don't normally wear makeup and were looking for a natural style and it turned our perfectly! My hair and makeup were flawless all night without having to fuss or do any touchups. Additionally, the timeline Paige made for us worked perfectly and our morning went as smoothly as it could go! “Lindsey was incredible and very easy to work with. I don’t wear make up aside from special occasions. I was seeking a natural look so I could look and feel like myself but better. She absolutely nailed it. I felt so beautiful and I got so many compliments on how amazing my make up was. I also really loved my hair. Lindsey and her team were ahead of schedule which also really set us up for success to be able to kind of relax and ease into the day. She also did a makeup and hair trial for my mom so that she could also know what she wanted ahead of time. We don’t have our professional photos back yet, but hopefully you can still see how beautiful her work is in the pictures we do have. I truly could not recommend Lindsey enough. If she could teach me how to do makeup, I’d also pay for a class in a heartbeat.”

From the very beginning, their communication was incredibly thorough and timely, which helped put me at ease during the wedding planning process. I scheduled a trial for just hair and on the day before changed my mind to do both hair and makeup. Desiree rolled with it and fit me into her schedule. I had some issues with the makeup application on my trial and she and I talked through different options to help solve the problems. On the day of, the quality of her work was truly excellent - Desiree was so kind, easy going and willing to work with any ideas I threw at her, even offering her honest feedback when she thought something might not work as well. With everything we talked through with makeup, the day of my wedding we decided to use some of my makeup and some of hers and it worked flawlessly! Her attention to detail and collaborative spirit were greatly appreciated, and the final look was absolutely perfect. Desiree is also so calm and has such chill vibes which really helps on a day that can be full of stress and anxiety.
