Located at the heart of the property is a 20 foot soaring iron gazebo perfect for a ceremony backdrop. This unforgettable space hosts weddings, receptions, family reunions, and corporate retreats year around. This space can comfortably host 125 guests. Additionally, Our creekside location can host smaller ceremonies as well as stunning photo sessions. Don Hoel's Cabins also has 18 on-site cabins for guest accommodations. Our courtyard, which includes the desert garden, fire pit and stage, is the perfect venue to host all of your wedding festivities. The Aspen Room is a beautiful event venue in Flagstaff, Arizona where you can host any kind of event from baptisms to wedding celebrations. A spacious one room party hall available for rent 7 days a week. We are located on the first floor. The total capacity is for 200 people. We provide long or round banquet tables, chairs, bluetooth celing speakers, bring your own outside food and drinks. We have ample free parking nearby and public transportation by bus and taxi just minutes away from downtown.

Destination at Oak Creek is an idyllic setting and location for your intimate wedding, micro-wedding or elopement! The property is nestled in the Red Rocks of Oak Creek Canyon. With flowing mature trees, lush green grass, beautiful landscaping and the soothing sound of a breathtaking waterfall, our event lawn and cabins are the perfect romantic setting for an Oak Creek Canyon celebration. Packages start with a two-night buyout giving you exclusive access of the property. We are able to accommodate up to eighty guests on our 4,000 sq. ft. event lawn. The ten recently renovated cabins are finished in a modern rustic decor and vary in size to accommodate two to six guests per cabin. We also offer four chalet style suites that can accommodate up to two guests each. All accommodations have a kitchenette plus propane grills can be found along the patios of some units. You are welcome to bring in the caterer and decorator of your choice to enhance what is already a perfect setting.

The Cabin, a freestanding building in the heart of Uptown, offers three distinct spaces thoughtfully designed with private dining in mind. The Cabin, itself, features exposed beams and a handcrafted stone fireplace while the Atrium boasts ceiling fans and heaters along with adjustable vertical drops. Finally, the Patio resembles a secret garden complete with colorful flowers, a tranquil waterfall, and serene view of the Red Rocks. Perfect for intimate gatherings, The Cabin Sedona charming venue accommodates up to seventy-two seated guests, with forty-eight indoors and twenty-four outdoors. Planning a larger affair? We can host up to 100 guests for a standing reception. We do only host one group per day meaning you have exclusive access to all three spaces for the entirety of your occasion. The venue as a whole is self-contained with a full kitchen, two well-appointed restrooms, and ample parking on site allowing for shuttle drop-off or valet service.
