Plan your perfect Sedona celebration with our all-inclusive 2- or 3-night wedding packages, designed for couples who want a stress-free, intimate event with world-class vendors. Each package includes a full property buyout for up to 18 overnight guests (30 guests total), plus exclusive use of our stunning indoor and outdoor spaces for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We take care of everything: professional photographer, personalized officiant, bouquet & boutonniere, hair & makeup artist, day-of coordination, tables & chairs, and continental breakfast each morning. The 3-tiered back patio borders the Coconino National Forest, with direct access to the Red Rocks for amazing photo opportunities. It has 3 gas firepits and is approximately 7,000 sq. ft. There is a covered outdoor area and inside common area. Lodging includes 3 (2-bedroom/2-bath units) and 3 single units for a total of 9 bedrooms (all king beds) and 9 1/2 bathrooms. There are also 4 full kitchens.

Cozy Cactus hosted us for my mother’s 60th birthday - we rented out all rooms and had the most magical time. The views are spectacular, the amenities make you feel like you’re at home, and the hosts were SO helpful and friendly.

Amazing experience holding our wedding at the Cozy Cactus. The views were absolutely incredible. The innkeepers were so helpful and made planning our big day a great experience. Our guests were blown away and still talk about how beautiful everything was years later. The caterers were thrilled with the facilities, the patio provided plenty of room for our whole setup, and additional breathtaking photo opportunities were a short hike away (remember it is red dirt). We couldn’t have been any happier about how everything turned out.

Having twice held yoga retreats at this well-appointed,clean, tastefully decorated B&B, I highly recommend the Cozy Cactus as a venue. The hosts were accommodating and attentive to the needs of all guests. The Southwest-themed rooms match well with the local landscape. The location is excellent for nearby hiking, dining, shopping, and reflecting. The resulting ambiance lends itself to a private yet very special event space.

Yes, we have 10 spots on-site, then there is street parking and a parking lot within a 5 minute walk. In addition, there are 5 other lodging establishments within a 5 minute or less walk which is where most guests (not staying at the Cozy) will book as then there is no drinking and driving. Works out great!

I'd have to say no, as the patio is tiered and we do not have ramps. (sorry)

The CourtHouse, which is one of the two-bedroom units can accommodate a dog.

We can do a one night Package, however, as 11:00am is check-out we recommend at least 2 nights. This way you can have your Rehearsal Dinner at the Cozy and the following day have your Wedding and Reception. Three nights is perfect, so everyone can relax the day after the big event.

There is a 50% deposit required at time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to the event. If you cancel at least 60 days prior to the event your deposit will be refunded less $1,000. If you cancel between 31-60 days prior, you will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days are non-refundable.
