The Chapel is 1200 sq ft. covered open air chapel space. The attached lawn is 5500sq ft of outdoor space. You get to use both areas. We will design you perfect wedding or special event together.

Tasting Room Lawn & Rose Arch

Alcantara is 87 Acres of fun! There are five different areas for celebrations, and the Tasting Lawn is one of everyone's favorites!

This space is a grassy lawn with tables and chairs for the tasting room. It has a canopy of tree shade and has bistro lighting built in. It has a cozy, beautiful farmhouse lawn vibe.

Alcantara Vineyards and Winery was the perfect venue for our micro wedding. From the beginning, the communication with Annie, the coordinator, was in-depth, caring, and tailored specifically to us as a couple. Despite the short timeline of just 2 months from our engagement to the wedding, Annie made the entire process stress-free and easy. She was incredibly flexible with any changes we needed to make and helped calm my nerves on the day of. The venue itself has so many beautiful ceremony and reception options, and they were open to us bringing in our own preferred vendors as long as Annie vetted them first. The price, space, and time we got for our micro wedding was truly worth it. We loved this venue and highly recommend it to any couple, whether you're planning a large or small celebration.

Alcantara Vineyards was a little winery/vineyard that we found in Cottonwood, AZ. Tucked away in the beautiful hills. As soon as we got there we knew this is where we wanted to get married. The wine is great, the venue is beautiful, and the people are now family. We were happy with the overall experience. Annie and Carrie are wonderful!

A Save the date fee of $500 is required to hold the date for your event. This amount is a non-refundable deposit. It will become your security deposit for your event once we have a signed contract and 50% of the venue fee.

You will have full access to the Chapel and Chapel lawn during your event and two hours beforehand for set-up (more time can be arranged for the bridal party wanting to get ready in the Bridal suite) The fee also includes tables, chairs table linens, bar tender service, and on-site venue coordinator.

All wines must be Alcantara wine although you are able to bring champagne/prosecco because we don't make that. No hard alcohol may be brought by the hosts or their guests to our property. We provide you with a bartender which is included in your venue fee. We cannot allow other bartenders on our property. There is a required two (2) case minimum, although we recommend 1 case per 25 guests. One case is 12 bottles and that can run anywhere from $350-$600per case depending on what you choose. You receive 10% off wines purchased for your event. I can store all event wines in our wine cellar until your event.

Alcantara is an outdoor venue. We can move everything under our open-air chapel for parties under 100 or less, although it is open on three sides. For parties over 100 the host will need to rent a tent. The host will have the final say, however, if the site needs to be changed after original set-up, a $500 reset fee will apply.

The host will be responsible for cleaning any decorations, catering leftovers, trash for guests. Those must be removed from the property the day of your event, after in concludes. Alcantara has provided a dumpster for all garbage and trash for convince. Alcantara staff will be responsible for tables, chairs, linens, and bar area that they provide the event.

A signed contract and 50% venue site fee are due no later than 30 days from the date of the Save the date deposit. The initial 50% venue fee and $500 Admin/service charge are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. Non-Preferred Vendor fee is $350 if you use someone other than from our list. Any additional costs occurred during your event is due at the end of the event. Any refunds will be distributed 3 weeks after the event has concluded.
