    Book here for the perfect wedding!

    My new husband and I truly loved every aspect of our wedding at the hotel. From the very beginning, we felt so cared for. Throughout the entire planning process, you made me feel like I was the only bride who mattered. You were always quick to respond, answered every question I had and made the whole experience feel incredibly personal. The gift you gave us was also so thoughtful and something we truly appreciated. Terressa was absolutely phenomenal. We basically handed her boxes of decorations, and somehow she brought everything together perfectly. When I walked in on our wedding day, everything looked exactly how I had hoped. I didn’t have to stress, run around or worry about whether things were getting done because she made everything feel effortless and kept the day running so smoothly. She even carefully boxed up all of our decorations afterward and took videos of the wedding for us, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch. Those little things meant so much to me. I genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she did to make our day special. And Jen! She is hands-down our absolute favorite front desk person. We’ve stayed at the hotel many times over the last year and a half leading up to the wedding, and she has always been so sweet and welcoming. We LOVE her! She always makes us feel at home and has given us so many great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Seeing her when we walk through the doors always makes us smile. The entire team was amazing. Everyone working our wedding was kind, helpful and made the whole day run incredibly smoothly. The only little hiccup was that the ballroom A/C stopped working sometime after dinner, but at that point we were having such a wonderful time that it just became another funny part of the story. Our guests absolutely loved the hotel, too. So many of them told us how much they enjoyed staying there and that they want to come back for future trips, which says so much about the experience your team created for everyone. I truly cannot say thank you enough. You and your entire team gave us the fairytale wedding we had dreamed about. We felt cared for from beginning to end, and our wedding day was more perfect than we could have hoped for. Thank you for giving us a place and memories that will always be incredibly special to us. ️

    Beautiful and historic venue!

    The Historic Grand Canyon Hotel was the perfect venue for our wedding celebration. From the start, the owners were professional, personal, and kind in their communication, making the booking process smooth and easy. The venue itself is a stunning historical landmark, with a versatile and gorgeous space that perfectly suited our vision.     When I walked into the Historic Grand Canyon Ballroom, it literally took my breath away. The gold ceiling, the chandeliers — absolutely gorgeous. Immediately I was thinking of an event that I could have in this room. The gold chairs are such an addition to the ambiance of the ballroom. You can almost see formal dances and events of years ago happening in this room. The lady who walked into the ballroom behind me said “Oh my gosh — this is absolutely beautiful!” Well done.

    Amazing and beautiful - historical hotel

    I simply love this historical hotel located right on Route 66 and nestled in the town of Williams. The entire staff is accommodating and hospitable. The remodel looks amazing and the gold tiled ceilings add a wonderful touch. We were really impressed with how easy the owners made our experience. If you want to have a special event in Arizona, this is the place!

To preserve the quality and integrity of your event, all beverages are provided exclusively through the hotel, and outside alcohol is not permitted.
Onsite parking is available for our hotel guests. For those not staying with us, two public parking lots sit just one to two blocks from the ballroom, and complimentary street parking is plentiful throughout the area. For couples seeking an extra layer of ease, we're also pleased to arrange professional drivers for valet service upon request.
As a property rooted in a historic district, our hotel is not ADA certified, though we're committed to accommodating our guests thoughtfully. We invite you to reach out with any accessibility needs — our team is glad to assist with room selection to ensure comfort for guests with mobility considerations.

Our Simply Ever After package includes 8 hours of rental time, while the Classic and VIP Ever After packages each include 12 hours — giving you ample time to celebrate every moment of your day.
A $1,000 deposit secures your date and is non-refundable for events booked within one year of the wedding date. For celebrations booked further in advance, we're happy to work with you to rebook your date should your plans change.
Williams, AZ, is near several airports. The closest is Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG), about 50 minutes away, with flights to Phoenix Sky Harbor and regional destinations. For larger flights, Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) is about 2.5 to 3 hours by car. Flagstaff is also served by Amtrak’s Southwest Chief Route, connecting Chicago and Los Angeles. The Flagstaff station is accessible and offers convenient transfers to Williams via shuttle, taxi, or rideshare, providing a scenic and relaxed arrival option.
