“I had Hajer and two of her assistants do me and my bridesmaids hair and makeup for my wedding day. She did an absolutely incredible job and was so friendly as easy to work with. Everything turned out perfect and she was so kind in working with all of us and getting everything ready for the day. I had a trial run prior to the wedding day that went great as well, she was very open to receiving my comments and adjustments to make so that everything was done exactly as I wanted it. Overall it was a super positive experience, especially since this was the first time I'd ever gotten professional hair and makeup done and I was so happy with the results. She even sent me along with a touch up kit for the rest of the day with extra lipstick and products to fix anything that went wrong. Highly recommend using her for events and wedding makeup!!”

We did a trial beforehand and made a few tweaks that really helped fine-tune my final look. On the big day, I felt beautiful, and all the ladies in my family loved their looks too. That said, the communication from the company itself could definitely be improved. Most everything was handled by email, and it often took several days to get a response. Planning a wedding from California and coordinating travel to Oregon, I had a trial that was rescheduled and had to adjust my travel plans—which was a bit stressful with limited communication. I often felt like I was the one following up repeatedly just to get basic confirmations. In the end, I looked and felt great, thanks to Lana and Sira. I just wish the overall experience had felt a bit more organized and responsive.”

For the day-of, Heidi was very professional and put together a beauty timeline weeks before the event, so all the bridesmaids and mothers were aware of what time they would be getting hair and makeup done, and provided an info sheet to make the process smoother. She also provided each girl with a touch-up kit with the lip color. I could not be happier with how the makeup turned out for both our wedding weekend events. She took all of my inspo pics and offered her recommendations on what would look good with the dress and the vibe of the day.
