Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

We are Northampton's newest, most modernized banquet facility, however Union Station has been a fixture for over 100 years. Originally built in 1897, Union Station pairs history and modernization, with our premiere 200 seat ballroom, three restaurants, and adjoining ancillary spaces such as The Atrium, The Lounge, and The Blue Goose. At Station 97, our restored and newly renovated venue has many original features of what it once was. 100 year old brick covers the walls and original factory equipment still remains in the building. This Main Street property housed the E.E. Dickinson Witch Hazel factory for more than 100 years. The original property consisted of a variety of wood and masonry buildings including a distillery building and a bottling plant, separated by the Connecticut Valley Railroad, a popular tourist attraction.

The NYLO Providence Warwick Hotel is inspired by the building's history, once the site of the Fruit of the Loom textile mill.
