Mica and the whole staff at The Windamere really made our wedding better than we could’ve imagined. From the beginning, Mica was very straightforward and honest. All of her pricing was transparent and she was thorough with us. The venue offered the history and charm we were looking for at a decent price and Mica gave us the peace of mind by being our day of coordinator. I loved that we were all able to get ready on site and never saw each other until our first look. We also enjoyed that she has a secluded vip area for us right after the ceremony so we could take a few minutes to breathe before the reception. She helped through the decor process and was very timely with communication, especially as we were planning from 500 miles away. We are so grateful for her and her team.

Rosewood manor is the most beautiful venue! It was a perfect location and it was great! Emily was the coordinator we used at the venue and had the set up and tear down option. She went above and beyond for us and made the day so much smoother! The set up and tear down option was the best decision ever and saved us so much stress! Emily became more like a friend throughout the planning process and we are so grateful for her help. She was there to answer all questions, communicate with vendors, and help us with the planning and day of. The management at this venue went above and beyond to accommodate our special circumstances and we are SO thankful for them. We are so happy with Magnolia Estates and Rosewood Manor. We had our ceremony and reception here and it was beautiful. There is a huge parking lot that made it easy for our guests who wanted to drive to do so and for our limo to pick us up. The entry way is spacious and has a security guard up front for the entire night. There was a beautiful staircase but also elevators for our guests with mobility issues. There were bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs as well. The venue itself is so beautiful we really needed minimal décor for it. There are awesome lights, barrels that were used as tables, and so much character to the space. Our bar package was through them as well. We hesitated when we saw the beer list (no IPS, craft, or seltzer options), but it ended up being perfect. Their open bar high-end option had plenty of other choices of liquor and wine our guests could also choose from and had a great time. The team did a great job – they set up all of the tables and chairs exactly like we wanted, did a great job running the bar, and gave us exactly what we needed. They were very kind and flexible with us as we asked questions throughout the process. Would highly recommend getting married here!

We got married at the Riverside Eintracht location on 1-3-25. The venue was the perfect location to hold a small, intimate ceremony with immediate family on the stage. Then we opened up the venue to our family and friends for a big Happily Ever After party in the reception area! Everyone had a great time and it was a night to remember for all! John and Harry were amazing to work with. Any question that came up during planning, any requests that were made, anything that I anticipated may be an issue, John and Harry were quick to jump in, assure me all would be okay, and answer questions and become hands on involved in all parts of the wedding and reception. The last thing that a Bride wants when planning a wedding is stress and uncertainty. Working with John and Harry, they made sure this would not be the case. This says a lot as we planned this wedding and Happily Ever After party in about 30 days and everything went off without a worry and it was the best night! The reception hall was big enough to host 175 guests, the bride and bridal party had their own area to get ready prior to the wedding, as well as a grooms area. The caterer was able to use the service drive to easily get in to set up for the buffet meal (shout out to Mrs. B's catering for a wonderful meal although the venue allows you to use any caterer of your choice). We stocked the bar and Harry kept the drinks flowing. John recommended Charlie B as our photographer and he was there to capture all the moments and memories that we may have missed while catching up with our guests. We added the 360 camera which was a huge hit and provided some from videos from the reception. The decorations were tasteful and classy and John was in the heart of it all switching from the wedding to the reception set up. We would recommend Dayton Outdoor Weddings and John and Harry to anyone. We extend a sincere thank you to John, Harry, and Charlie B photography for making our day magical! 24K Magic! :)

Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. Yet, it’s fully updated with modern amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, ideal for cooking for a large group, and the generous counter space made buffet-style meals easy to serve. The living areas are cozy and inviting, and the bathrooms are absolutely luxurious—especially the main bedroom’s shower with its multiple jets, which felt like a spa experience. There was plenty of room for all our guests to spread out and relax, and the Taylor Mansion team was incredibly responsive and helpful. When we had a minor issue with the disposal, they had someone out the next morning to fix it—no stress at all. As a wedding venue, the Taylor Mansion exceeded every expectation. Their team handled all the setup, including table layout and chair selection, and even brought in a cleaner before the event to ensure everything was perfect. They were available throughout the day for any questions or last-minute needs, which gave us peace of mind to truly enjoy the celebration. We held our ceremony on the first-floor balcony, which offered beautiful views and a romantic atmosphere. The old office was transformed into our dance floor, and the built-in sound system made it easy to play our Spotify playlist for the ceremony, dinner, and dancing. One of the standout features was the vintage wooden bar with a brass foot rail—it added so much character to the reception space. We chose Kate Catering, one of their preferred vendors, and the food was absolutely phenomenal. Their staff was professional, friendly, and helped elevate the entire experience.
