Black Walnut Farm is a 34-acre historic estate in Saugerties, NY, where the Catskills meet the Hudson Valley and where weddings become full weekends of revelry. Settle in, welcome your favorite people, throw one hell of a party, and actually enjoy it all! Celebrate in our temperature-controlled 1891 barn with a four-foot disco ball, gather around the bonfire, and stay onsite in our 1747 farmhouse. 2027 Wedding Weekend Venue Fees are $13,500 off-season (Nov-April + July) and $16,500 prime season (May-June and Aug-Oct). A two-night farmhouse stay ($1,200/night) and 15% service fee apply; your welcome event has no additional site fee. Most couples plan for an overall wedding budget (including all outside vendors and services) of approximately $55,000–$100,000+. Our hospitality team is here throughout the weekend, taking care of the details so you can spend your time with your guests. The Manor provides two areas for a spectacular reception - an elegant setting with windows on several sides of the main ballroom to accommodate up to 150 guests or a tented reception on our lush landscaped grounds accommodating up to 250 guests. You may arrive four hours before your ceremony and get ready in our spacious bridal party suites. Hosting only one wedding a day, we pay special care and attention to every detail, making the wedding planning process stress-free and the event flawless for you and your guests.

Originally commissioned by Eleanor Roosevelt in the 1920s, this property was built with character and purpose. A century later, DeGraw & DeHaan Architects has honored those original bones in its restoration while turning the page on a new chapter: The Eleanor Inn & Venue. Located within Hudson Valley's historic town of Warwick, New York, the Eleanor currently offers two expansive 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom suites overlooking the Warwick Valley basin. The serene setting of the Wickham Woodlands makes guests feel a world away, all while being just 60-miles to midtown Manhattan.

Emmerich Tree Farm is a working Christmas Tree Farm catering to the 'Choose-and-Cut' market in Warwick, NY, just 50 miles NW of the George Washington Bridge. Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. The tent is furnished with seating, full-length mirror and power.

We have 4 beautiful venue locations to host your guests: The Herb Garden, The Great Lawn, The Orchard, and The Barn. The Barn is a former dairy barn transformed into a beautiful, rustic event space with turn-of-the-century charm. It boasts idyllic 24-foot cathedral ceilings and romantic lighting—the perfect setting for a magical night of dancing. We also have The Orchard, a lovely ceremonial area in our old-growth apple orchard above the pastures, overlooking the Appalachian Mountains.
