“We had our wedding in the ballroom. Very scenic and beautiful venue! Overall a pretty good venue that includes food, tables, chairs, linens, etc. The ballroom house itself is beautiful with lots of light indoors due to the large windows, and a nice deck for an outside ceremony. Zoe communicated with us and answered all our questions and did our tasting and planning, until a week before the actual day where we were assigned a day of coordinator. I found this system to be not great, since the day of coordinator was essentially a stranger that you've never talked to at all, and you basically have to re explain everything you want. Even though they have an online planning tool (which is old and outdated), I found that they got our aisle directions wrong, the reception layout wrong, and our dinner meals were wrong. Thankfully, we had a separate planner that was able to correct these things, so I recommend getting an outside coordinator that works directly with you if you have room in the budget. Another thing was our limited setup time of 1.5 hours meaning the florist and other vendors couldn't set up earlier with more elaborate decorations and had to do something simple. I found out that this is because they had another wedding at the same place before ours (literally ending at 4) and so they rush to get the place cleaned for the evening wedding. The main room and the suit was renovated, but the bathrooms were all still dingy and not the best/cleanest to use. The food was good though, better than we had at our tasting and they got it out fast. Our vendors were fed the same food, and our guests thought it was pretty good wedding food. Apart from the couple hiccups we had, we thought the venue was great overall and really beautiful and we don't regret having our wedding there at all. It could be a little bit better in the small details for the price though.”

“CCC has been so easy to work with and we couldn’t be more excited to have CCC host our wedding in January 2021! Natasha the Events & Dining Director has always kept open (And fast!) communication and has a real understanding of the experience we hope for! Chef didn’t wince once we submitted a request for a special 5 course wine dinner for our reception. He took our ideas and truly made our tasting experience at the club wonderful. I know our family and friends will be over the moon when they see how the club will pull everything together.”

“Drumore Estate was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. The property is breathtaking from every angle, but the gardens in particular were truly something special. Lush, vibrant, and impeccably maintained, they provided the most romantic backdrop for our ceremony and photos. Across the whole property, every corner felt like it belonged in a fairytale! It was the perfect setting for the timeless, elegant atmosphere we envisioned. The staff at Drumore Estate was equally impressive. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and kind—clearly experienced in making wedding days run seamlessly. From the early stages of planning to the very last dance, they were always one step ahead, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Our guests kept raving about how beautiful and smooth everything was, and that’s a direct reflection of the Drumore team’s dedication and care!! A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Marnie, our incredible coordinator. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, and her calm, confident presence on the wedding day made all the difference. “First off, online photos do NOT do this venue justice. We looked at Applecross last August and from the moment we walked in, we knew this was our venue. It is absolutely beautiful and the directer, Susie, made us feel so comfortable and at ease during the whole process. She answered any questions I had and that really showed that she cared about her couples. I’m SO happy we went with Applecross! The day of our wedding, everything went PERFECTLY! I owe that to Susie, her assistant Heather, the Gardens At Applecross staff and all of our vendors! I did not have to worry about a thing. Our guests all commented on how the venue was beautiful and the food was amazing! I truly couldn’t have asked for a better day! So if you’re thinking about Applecross as your wedding venue, DO IT! You will NOT be disappointed! OH! They were also pet friendly, which really won us over! If we had to do it all over again, I’d pick Applecross in a heartbeat!”

“My partner and I fell in love with Pentridge Station almost right away as customers — the friendly staff, the chill/homey vibe, and the welcoming atmosphere all helped us to feel a sense of community and belonging in a city that was new to us. When we finally decided to throw a wedding celebration after 2 years of being married (specifically a cook-out vibe, easy breezy celebration) it was a no brainer to reach out to Pentridge. That being said, it’s a pretty versatile space and can be dressed up or down depending on the kind of wedding you’re going for. We coordinated directly with the owners, Jocelyn and Ephream, who were both very thoughtful, sweet, and gracious throughout the entire process. Their flexible event rental options, list of recommended food vendors, and local DJs really helped to make us feel supported in our planning. Their bartending staff was attentive and wonderful. All of our guests - a mix of family from North Jersey, Maryland, and New York - were so impressed with the venue. For almost all of them it was their first time visiting us in West Philly, and having Pentridge Station be their introduction to the neighborhood and our life in Philadelphia felt incredibly special. We would highly recommend considering Pentridge if you’re looking to celebrate your love in a fun, community-driven space with TONS of heart and personality. You’d be hard pressed to find a better customer service experience anywhere else!”

“When looking at wedding venues we knew that we wanted somewhere that could host all of our wedding day events - ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. But we also wanted a venue that would wow our guests. The Penn Museum was the first place we looked and all other venues fell short of its beauty and the energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm of event staff. Our coordinator, Allison, was helpful throughout the whole planning process - she was responsive and accommodating, offering to take us around as many times as we needed. Our wedding day ran smoothly in large part due to her and her catering counterpart, Grace. If you are looking for a one of a kind wedding experience with a truly wonderful staff, look no further than the Penn Museum.”
