Cortland Mansion is a one-stop venue. We provide the tables and chairs for the reception as well as the white resin chairs for the ceremony. We offer on-site catering that includes setting up and cleaning up of the space. We offer linens with the rental and have an array of colors to choose from for weddings. We offer different bar options such as cash bar, tab bar and open bar. We also have a bridal suite that can be utilized for the day. Our rental hours for weddings start at 7:00 a.m. to midnight.

The Manor Houses date back to 1776 when the original farm was a land grant from the King of England. The farm boast many options for wedding flow and design of your event. We book one wedding a weekend so there is no stressful time window for your wedding day. All spaces and buildings are yours too utilize for one flat, transparent cost based on time of year. The Two Mile House, an impressive, historic Federal limestone residence, was built in the 1820s when the Walnut Bottom Road served as a busy thoroughfare for travelers, merchants, and farmers plying their trades. From 1826 to 1857, it served as The James Given Tavern. Many a weary traveler stopped here for lodging and simple food. The Two Mile House, so-named because of its distance from the town square, contains 12 rooms, 10 with fireplaces, which feature Doric-style pilasters and a central panel with oval medallion. The floor plan of the main block consists of a central passage flanked by double parlors on the west and double dining rooms to the east . A kitchen ell on the first floor has a large cooking fireplace. The central passage is dominated by an open staircase. The property has five acres of landscaped grounds and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

We are very proud of our farm; the charm of the treelined drive, the stone house, and the allure of photographs in front of the vintage car which has been in the family for generations. We are excited to meet you and delighted to help you plan your perfect day! From the spacious bridal suite upstairs to the mancave downstairs there's so much more to the stone built colonial house than just great photo ops! The old walnut tree at the ceremony site is a gorgous backdrop to your vows with the rolling countryside and farmland of Maryland completing the perfect setting. Then reserve a sweet spot on the patio or inside the house for cocktails before dinner is served in the spacious tent. Complete with hardwood floor, the tent can accomodate up to 275 guests comfortably, and still has space for a large dance floor.
