“Jenna & Omari DJ/MC’d our December wedding and WOW. Throughout the entire process, Jenna was SO kind and patient. Most of us only get married once, and planning a wedding is hard! I had so many questions along the way, and she always had an answer for me without the attitude that I got from some of our other vendors. Their forms are helpful without being repetitive, and they encourage you to think about more than just one moment of the day. On the day of, the Airwave team arrived and set up early. I did not have to worry about a thing, as they had already discussed with us the structure of the day, timing, etc. The mirror photo booth was SUCH a hit with our guests! The ability to have photos printed on spot instead of just texted to you was such a nice touch. They also provided a variety of props that made for a very fun evening. Our group, unfortunately, is not much for dancing- but Jenna and Omari were still able to keep the vibes going all night long! They worked from both playlists I’d sent and prior knowledge- they appealed to everyone on our guest list, and everyone had at least a few songs to get down to no matter what age or background they came from. As far as MC work, they kept our schedule on track and always found the perfect timing to transition into the next stage of the evening. I really can’t thank them enough for the hard work they put in to make our day so perfect. If I could do it all over again, I’d choose Airwave every single time. ️”

We built a fully customized package with them, choosing both the ceremony violinist and Sax n’ Tracks at the same time—and it was one of the best decisions we made. The violinist performed in the courtyard as guests arrived and then throughout our ceremony. It was absolutely beautiful and created the perfect atmosphere. We worked closely with Jon to plan our reception, and he was wonderful from start to finish. He guided us through several planning calls and email conversations, helping us shape the flow of the night and curate the perfect music experience. For cocktail hour, we added Sax n’ Tracks, which was such a hit. And for the reception, we had the dream team: DJ Jon Colin on saxophone Johan on percussion Christian managing the AV system They brought the most fun, high‑energy vibe from the moment the reception started until the very last song. A music‑filled day and a packed dance floor were essential to us, and they delivered beyond anything we imagined. They worked off our proposed song list, read the room perfectly, and kept the energy high all night. We never left the dance floor. Our family and friends are still talking about how cool the DJ‑and‑live‑musicians fusion was. Jon brought so much charisma and energy as the MC—guiding speeches, dances, and transitions seamlessly while keeping everyone engaged. “We are so glad we used Second Song for our wedding! The whole process was super easy and whenever we had a question or wanted to update something (like add more uplights, which was a great addition btw) we always got a prompt and helpful reply. And our DJ Rob Goodmonson! We cannot thank him enough for the amazing work he did at our wedding! We loved his energy and all of his questions that he had for us during our phone call consultation. I in particular am very grateful that he was so willing to help me with a special song request which required mixing bits from two songs together for my Father-Daughter dance. He was more than up for the challenge and was so helpful with it! When it came to the actual wedding, he was so kind when introducing himself on our wedding day and did a beautiful job MCing. We wanted more minimal MC work and he nailed it perfectly! He was also super flexible with last minute announcement requests that we had. For example, we realized no one was noticing the anniversary cards we put out for signing at the dinner tables, so we asked him to make a little announcement about it and he did great doing that on the spot! Finally, the music all night was absolutely fantastic. He really listened to what we wanted and he delivered! The music felt very much like “us” and we had so much fun dancing all night long. Everyone kept talking about how great he was and several people said it was the best wedding music they have ever heard. If we ever need a DJ again, without a doubt, we will be hiring DJ Rob!”

“Overall, we had a good experience with our DJ. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor for most of the night. The music flowed well, and everyone seemed to have a great time. That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. Despite those concerns, he was friendly, punctual, and our guests clearly enjoyed themselves. If having a lively dance floor is your top priority, he does a good job creating a fun atmosphere.”
