Richmond Punch is a violin virtuoso who delivers a riveting, dynamic, explosive, and powerful performance! A native of Dallas, Texas, Richmond graduated from the top-rated Arts Magnet Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. He honed his craft and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the famous Juilliard School of Music in New York and received a Master’s Degree from the prestigious Yale University. He specializes in live violin music for all types of special events including corporate, concerts, festivals, weddings and worship.

I have been playing the violin for over 40 years. Since 1996 I have performed in various groups. Those include the Topeka Symphony, Shyster Mountain Gang Bluegrass Band, several Christian rock bands in the Topeka area, as well as the Studio String Quartet. Since 2017 I have had my own private solo business, performing for weddings, receptions, business events, as well as for other special occasions!

The Downtown Collective Band was established in 2016 as just a couple of guys who wanted to jam out in the attic. We started by getting some small gigs here and there doing hybrid DJ/live music performances. Then we found friends from music school at UNL that played instruments and made the jam bigger and got more gigs. Now we are known as one of the top bands in the Midwest. We love playing live music because you get a much more authentic experience with people actually playing instruments and connecting with the crowd! Naturally, it was the time of their lives. Now, The Man Cubs perform alternative rock / pop punk versions of Disney mega-hits as a five-piece band. The group plays at all types of events, including themed parties, corporate fundraisers, and music festivals. Although based in Denver, The Man Cubs are happy to travel and take the Disney set on the road.
