Fat Zach's Wood Fired Pizza debuted in 2018 as a small food cart on the corner of Pioneer and 2nd in downtown Puyallup. As of March 2020, we now offer you the same great pizza in a space where you can sit down and stay awhile located in Sumner, we hope to become a destination point for travelers from around the US - and a bragging right for the residence of Sumner. Bri is our head charcuterie artist and she creates decadent charcuterie boards, fruit platters and desserts that are fit for any occasion. She creates beautiful food compositions with high quality ingredients. Grazing tables can also include any theme or food type. We also make specialty desserts and dipped chocolate treats.

Portland-Based Charcuterie Me was born out of a passion for the charcuterie experience . Food has always been at the center of my family gatherings. My fondest memories revolve around sharing laughs and stories with family around the dinner table . I wanted to recreate that feeling through Charcuterie Me by bringing people together through the crowd-pleasing board of meat, cheese and accompaniments. We take the guesswork out of preparation, and allow you freedom to enjoy the moment.
