Although our wedding hasn’t happened yet, we couldn’t wait to share how thrilled we’ve been with our experience so far with The Headquarters! From the very beginning, the team has been phenomenal, Taylor and Janae’s professionalism and communication has made the entire process smooth and stress-free thus far. A special shoutout to Taylor, who played a huge role in helping us feel confident about booking a venue still under renovation. Her years of experience with Wedgewood and new venue openings reassured us that their blueprints and mock-ups are always spot-on with the final product—and it’s easy to see that this space is going to be stunning. We were specifically looking for a venue that felt unique and special, something fresh that none of our friends or family had used before. Choosing The Headquarters was a leap of faith, but the team’s attention to detail and their ability to keep us in the loop has us beyond excited for our big day. If you’re considering booking a new venue, don’t hesitate—Taylor, Janae, and the team at The Headquarters will make the process seamless. My daughter had a quick engagement so finding a location for her wedding and reception was tricky but Malibu came through! They accommodated us and we had the ceremony outside on their property since there were no permits available for the grass area nearby. Suzy and Riley were incredible with their communication, planning and help throughout the process and we were blown away with the setup the day of the wedding...they far exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious and the whole setup turned out beautifully!. I highly recommend Malibu Farms!!!

Lauren, our day-of coordinator, was a total ROCKSTAR. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease the entire day — organized, calm, and truly everything you could ever want in a coordinator. Because of her, everything ran perfectly, and we were able to just soak it all in. A huge shoutout to Chef Austin — the food was phenomenal! Every single guest was raving about how delicious everything was, from appetizers to dinner. Our banquet captain, Sierra, went above and beyond! She was so attentive, on top of every little detail, and even snapped some adorable behind-the-scenes photos and sent them to us afterward — so thoughtful and sweet! The rest of our staff — Aden, Patty, Lilly, Ava, and Jayln — were absolutely outstanding. They made sure everything flowed seamlessly and treated us and our guests with so much kindness and care. Our bartenders, Rachel and Julio, crushed it! The drinks were amazing, and everyone was having the best time thanks to them. And of course, the planning team — Angela, Mikayla, Katie, DJ, and Haley — thank you for making the planning process so easy and enjoyable. Every question was answered quickly, every detail handled with care. Lastly, a big thank-you to GM Austin for going the extra mile and helping coordinate special touches like golf for the guys — truly above and beyond. The Fallbrook team is unmatched. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of (and more), and we owe it all to this incredible team. We’re forever grateful!

My husband and I just had our wedding at Willow Creek Events this month and the venue and day was absolutely magical! If you’re looking for an outdoor venue with whimsical and garden vibes, you NEED to check it out. My husband and I had to start over venue hunting about 6 months prior to the wedding due to disorganization and terrible communication with our original venue. Bethany (the venue coordinator) and Willow Creek Events was literally the answer to our prayers. Bethany was always so thorough and reliable with her communication and responses, with scheduling walkthroughs with our vendors and she had flexibility and quick solutions for any and all unexpected situations. We felt so taken care of, the venue is pet-friendly, and on the day-of, everything turned out EVEN BETTER than we could’ve imagined or thought possible. The entire staff at Willow Creek Events were amazing and so friendly, our guests loved every aspect of the wedding and we can’t thank Bethany and the whole Willow Creek Events staff enough.

Everyone is still talking about how amazing our wedding was. As the couple, we were always put first and asked throughout the day if we needed anything, which is super nice when you are busy with your guests. Our coordinator was Bre and she was so sweet and made sure that everyone (bridal party) knew what they were doing. Our DJ Kyon, was also so sweet and amazing about checking in with us on timing throughout the reception, and getting everyone on the dance floor. We really felt like we were put first. I can not recommend this place enough!! It is a beautiful venue. Everything is in one area so there are no long walks, or driving for guests. My grandfather was in a wheelchair and had an easy time getting around. I loved that I was able to text the venue at anytime so if I felt like something was amiss, it was easily handled and I would get the answers I needed, as well as the venue taking notes on requests I made.

Twin Oaks by Trademark Venues

San Marcos, CA
  • Up to 300 guests

Allow yourself to be transported back to 1891 with the ultimate storybook setting for your special day. Lush gardens, twinkling rose arbors, tranquil waterfalls, and romantic statuary surround a historic estate nestled among the towering trees of a private, intimate forest. A restored Grand Parlor offers the perfect quarters for your bridal party to prepare for the special day and capture memories among classic turn-of-the-century furnishings and artistry. Our traditional Gentlemen’s Clubhouse provides a separate vintage setting for relaxation, celebration, and those final man-to-man words of wisdom. Dine and dance the night away with your guests in a grand tented pavilion adorned with elegant peaks of chiffon, glimmering crystal chandeliers, and your own customized arrangements and décor.

We had a wonderful experience planning with Trademark Venues for our Twin Oaks wedding. The grounds are insanely beautiful, and our guests were so complimentary of the venue, food, and staff! Morgan, our event planner, helped us with so much - including several choices with decor or spirits for our specific guest count, recommendations for local vendors, support with personalizing our timeline so we could prioritize the parts of the day that were important to us, and much more. She was instrumental in bringing our vision to life and keeping things on track on wedding day itself. We absolutely recommend the convenience of choosing a semi-inclusive venue like Twin Oaks and any of the Trademark locations where they provide much of the decor, rentals, and staffing for the ease it gives the couple! The Trademark staff was nothing short of extraordinary to us during wedding planning and we would choose them and this venue again 100 times over!

Ethereal Gardens by Trademark Venues

4.2

Escondido, CA
  • Up to 500 guests
  • Select services
  • Outdoor & indoor
  • Starts at $15,950

Set on 40 acres of edible gardens, surrounded by old growth orchards and 100 acres of organic herb and vegetable farms… An “out of the box” venue that is completely private and not just another golf course, winery, banquet hall or hotel. Here we are open to creative ideas and outside vendors such as florists, photographers, photo booths, food trucks and so much more.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Rustic-chic setting
  • Space for a large guest list
  • Has a dance floor to dance the night away

Venue considerations

  • No on-premises lodging options
  • Venue feels large for events with small guest lists
  • On-site parking not available
Ethereal gardens is a gorgeous venue and my wedding was stunning. That said, there are several things that Ethereal Gardens/Trademark Venues needs to improve on. 1- The contract includes additional costs (service fees, bar, additional guests, decor, etc) It becomes overwhelming and confusing to understand exactly how much your final cost will be. It needs to be better organized. 2- The invoice is the only location where you can see your cost breakdown, and they do not date any changes to the invoice. So one day your total cost is X, the next day it’s Y, and you have no idea what was added to the invoice. There is no record of changes. This is not a best practice for running a business and caused us extra stress. 3- The contract states that you cannot have a coordinator or a wedding planner because Trademark IS the wedding planner. This was frustrating because I did everything that a wedding planner should have done (creating the floor plan and seating chart, coordinating meetings, timeline, selecting/communicating with vendors…). Would have been nice to be able to have a planner to do those things like we were promised. 4- My planner tried to start my ceremony early, almost 20 minutes early! Even though most of my family wasn’t there yet! Luckily I said no and it went on as planned but that shouldn’t have even been suggested. 5- The security guards were VERY rude to guests who showed up late. 6- The venue set up my guest book upside down so the signatures are at the back of the book, welcome table was messy, and my gorgeous seating chart was set against an ugly brown wall so all photos of it are ruined. 7- Two full rows at the front during the ceremony were empty because people didn’t know they could sit there. This ruined certain photos because it’s very empty looking. 8- Getting-ready rooms are available at 11:30am (bride) and 2:30pm (groom) regardless of when your wedding starts. The venue does not accommodate based on your specific wedding timeline- unless you pay 1500 which only gets you an extra hour in the rooms. Wish we would have known that up front. Caused more stress and confusion. 9- A security guard snapped his fingers at one of my guests to tell them to leave when he was just waiting for his girlfriend to get out of the bathroom. And the staff started taking tables apart as our wedding was still going on! This led to one of our guests losing a jacket that was on the back of a chair someone took away. Summary: Wedding was beautiful, food was great, venue was gorgeous. However Ethereal Garden’s processes are messy and very greedy/money focused, and some their staff is rude and made guests uncomfortable.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into our own private paradise. This farm property is not just a venue—it’s an experience. Rolling orchards, wide open skies, and thoughtfully designed spaces made everything feel both luxurious and deeply peaceful at the same time. The grounds were immaculate. Every pathway, tree, and gathering space felt intentional, as if the land itself had been prepared to host moments that mattered. There was a quiet elegance to the property—refined without being rigid, natural without feeling rustic. It gave our wedding a sense of timeless beauty that photos alone could never fully capture. What truly made the day unforgettable was how effortlessly everything flowed. From the ceremony to the celebration that followed, the space allowed our guests to relax, connect, and truly be present. There was room to breathe, laugh, and celebrate without feeling rushed or confined. As the sun began to set, the property transformed into something almost magical—soft light, warm air, and an atmosphere that felt intimate and joyful all at once. Picking a wedding venue is now easy task and I'm so grateful to have found and chosen Shadowridge. Codie & Morgan were my coordinators, and they helped me so much with the process of planning, choosing the details, timeline, and day of coordination. Codie was absolute perfection, she is so sweet and kind, she handled the day of coordination amazingly, she was there for me whenever I needed her, and she knew exactly what to do even when I had no idea! The reception hall was GORGEOUS, I loved how everything was set up, she did everything and more to help ease the stress of my wedding day! I couldn't have done this without her, Codie, I'll forever be grateful for all of your help and pure kindness. The food service was also great, we received many compliments on the cocktail hour foods and dinner service! All of the staff there were incredibly kind and nice, the bartenders, staff, chefs, bus boys, everyone was amazing. Our DJ Arnie was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, he is recommended by Codie and works frequently with Shadowridge and I'm so thankful we booked him. I definitely recommend having your wedding here, they did an exceptional job and Codie was perfection. Thank you!!!

The Vistonian was a lovely venue! We loved all of the greenery and natural light inside the venue. It was spacious and allowed for plenty of room for our guests. The bridal suite was also spacious with lots of mirrors and outlets. We used the venue for both ceremony and reception. It was an easy transition going from one to the next. We worked with Shelly, the venue coordinator, and she was fabulous! Great communication from when we toured, booked, and up to our big day. The value for what we got was amazing as well! We did their all inclusive package and were happy with the price for all that we got: tables & chairs, bridal suite, catering, open bar, and DJ. Honestly, so great if you're on a budget or have a bigger budget and want to spend more on something like decor or florals. Highly recommend!!

Monserate Winery is the best wedding venue! The venue itself is stunning, photos do not do it justice. The food is some of the best wedding food we’ve had. Their team is amazing. From the moment we toured until the moment our wedding was over, everything was more than perfect. Molly was truly a dream to work with. She answered every email, listened to all our concerns & put our worries at ease. Between all the detail meetings, our food tasting & random trips to walk the venue, she was there every step of the way. She feels more like a great friend than our venue coordinator & we can’t be more thankful for her. The day of, she made sure everything was perfect in the suites & checked in throughout the day. She even grabbed us from our private cocktail hour to capture the beautiful sunset, which is now one of our favorite photos! Molly made us feel so special & you can tell she really loves her job & couples. If we could rebook & do it all again we would. Monserate & their team are the best! We can’t thank you enough, Molly! • Sophisticated wine experience

Venue considerations

  • Venue feels large for events with small guest lists
  • No on-site guest accommodations
  • Not wheelchair accessible
My husband and I got married at Secluded Garden Estate back in February. I have no regrets in choosing this venue. There were some hiccups right before and after our event happened. The venue owners were very kind and welcoming to us and what our vision was. It is on their home property so be prepared to share the smaller Bridal Suite area and possibly hear some noise as you’re getting ready. There was no all inclusive package available for us so we had to bring EVERYTHING and get it from, outside vendors. We chose this so that we could make it more our own. They did offer heaters for a certain price but we chose not to use them after all. The day of staff were so incredibly helpful, all the men that were there offered to lend a helping hand to our family as they cleaned up. Because of this, there was some miscommunication between us and the vendor owners. So, please be clear with the staff that you do not want to get charged for something that you aren’t supposed to. Also, make sure to just communicate with the owners of how you should coordinate with the vendors, such as day and time of drop off and pick up. (Ex. Tables and chairs) Overall, we loved this venue. It was what we had envisioned for our special day and we are blessed because of it. Hope this helped someone!!! :D
