“Hire the month-of coordinator, and not just any month-of coordinator. Hire Dusti! I met Dusti at the State Fair Wedding Expo in January 2025, and honestly, it felt like kismet. I was immediately drawn to her energy and had a gut feeling that she was the perfect person to help coordinate our wedding day. I am SO glad I trusted that initial feeling! From the very beginning, Dusti listened to my vision and helped guide me through the planning process with thoughtful questions whenever I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. She completely exceeded every expectation we had, both in the months leading up to our wedding and, especially, on the day itself. When it comes to coordination, Dusti truly thinks of everything, even the little details you don't realize need to be thought of! She made sure everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be there, and ensured our wedding party knew their roles and responsibilities. One detail that meant so much to me was how she handled the logistics for my dad, who has mobility issues. We needed a specific plan for him to walk me partway down the aisle, and Dusti made sure he had a reserved chair, was in the right place at the right time, and knew exactly what to do, all without me having to worry about communicating any of it. That is just one example of the countless thoughtful details she handled behind the scenes. Because of Dusti, I was able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and enjoy what was truly one of the most important days of our lives without stress. If anything went wrong that day, I genuinely have no idea that it did! In my opinion, that kind of peace of mind on your wedding day is absolutely priceless. Beyond being an incredible coordinator, Dusti became so much more than that to Nick and I. Throughout the process, she felt like a friend rather than just another vendor, and it was so special to have someone coordinating our day who felt like a genuine part of it. My family absolutely LOVED her, too, and couldn't stop raving about how she somehow seemed to be everywhere all at once! During one of our first Zoom meetings, Dusti asked me what words I envisioned when I thought about how I wanted our wedding day to feel. My answer was "magical" and "fairytale," and she absolutely knocked that vision out of the park. Our guests were blown away by the decor and the overall feeling of the day, and so many people described our wedding afterward as a magical fairytale. Knowing that she helped bring that vision to life so beautifully means more than I can put into words. Dusti also created the most beautiful custom details for us, including a gorgeous floral box seating chart and a personalized his-and-hers drink sign featuring our two fur babies. Every detail felt intentional, personal, and perfectly us. I am so incredibly thankful that I met Dusti and that we had her by our side throughout this journey. She brought our vision to life, took care of us in ways we didn't even realize we needed, and gave us the gift of being able to truly enjoy our wedding day. “Savanna & her partner were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and set up/take down services for my wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, and they absolutely killed it. They set up all of our tables and extra decor, and even went above and beyond! We had sparklers for our grand exit, and I had bought some cards that went with them. I assumed I had forgotten the cards, so I didn’t even mention them or ask for it to be put together, but when I showed up to the venue day of they were putting them together anyways! She came to our rehearsal the day before, and helped keep us on track and organized day of. Her eye for decoration is amazing, she’s very organized, and also (very importantly) extremely kind! If I find myself needing day of coordination/help setting up in the future, I’ll 110% be reaching out!”

We got married at The Madison in Cleveland on September 6, 2026, and from the first planning session to our last dance, Brooklyn had it handled. As a health professional, I thought I was organized, but Brooklyn… wow…. She is unbelievable. Unfailingly calm, consistent and somehow always three steps (not just one!) ahead of whatever was about to come up. Any vendor question, any timeline shift, any small detail we forgot about, she had already thought through it. When our original officiant situation fell apart, Brooklyn stepped in and officiated herself, and she made it feel like that had been the plan all along. The ceremony was warm, personal, and completely us. There wasn’t a single dry eye after the wonderful ceremony she led. Did I mention she was literally our florist as well? What can’t she do. What stood out most was how much pressure she absorbed. She coordinated with all of our vendors so we barely had to, she kept the day running on schedule without ever making it feel rushed, and on the wedding day she gave us the one thing you can’t buy: the ability to actually be present at our own wedding. A present we are both going to be grateful for forever. Michaela and I never once felt like a transaction. Brooklyn and her team genuinely cared about our day, and it showed in everything that they did. If you are getting married, hire Brooklyn. We cannot recommend her highly enough.”

What makes Noelle so special is that she doesn’t just “plan weddings.” She genuinely takes your vision and transforms it into something bigger and more beautiful than you could have even imagined for yourself. The ideas I had in my head for my wedding somehow came to life TIMES TEN. Every tiny detail was perfected. She thought of things before I even had to ask.
