She was very easy to talk to through the whole process from the moment of me reaching out till the day of the wedding. I had hair cuts with her in between to keep my hair healthy and a trial and I still continue to get my hair cuts with her because her personality is so great to work with plus it’s the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten (even my husband goes to her now). “Anica is fantastic. Her work is beautiful and she helped me and my bridal party to feel confident and pampered on the day of the wedding. I chose to do a trial before the wedding on Anica's recommendation, and I am so glad that I did! I did not realize my skin would have sensitivity issues to some of the products so it was great to find that out BEFORE it was my wedding day. Anica work around these sensitivities and created a look I am still so in love with. The pictures I attached are intentionally spaced throughout the day to show that the makeup application held up throughout photos, ceremony, and the after party. Not only is Anica talented, but she was able to provide council on what type of makeup to choose based on my/other recipient's desires and complexion needs. She was even willing to apply false lashes to one of my bridesmaids, last minute, who did not choose to book a makeup application! I cannot recommend Be Pretty enough!”

“Can I just start by saying that Alex was the most kind and attentive person and I have truly never felt more beautiful than the glam she did for me on my wedding day! She is a true artist, easy to talk to, and had such a calming presence (which honestly is huge on the wedding day when there is so much happening around you.) Alex and her assistant Gia were so easy to communicate with during all the coordination in the time leading up to wedding. All of my questions were answered promptly and Alex provides amazing guides to help you get ready in the months leading up! I was in a unique situation where I was traveling across the country for my wedding in MA and needed to do my trial the day before the wedding. She was incredibly accommodating, and even personalized my look to be a bit softer so I could wear it out to my rehearsal dinner. I sent her the inspiration ahead of time and she created the most beautiful look for me and even inspired me to start wearing lip liner! Alex did an incredible job and managed to glam me (27), my grandmother (72), my mother-in-law (53), and my step-mom, (54) all different ages, complexions, goals, skin types, and desires, and she absolutely delivered! “Picture this, it’s the morning of your wedding. You’re hungover, groggy want to sleep in but you gotta get up for your hair and make up to be on time for your big day. But the great thing is you don’t have to leave the house, you can just sit down at the table sip on that sweet sweet coffee while Holly works on your hair. Holly brings such a vibe to where ever you are about to get ready for a big day. Dunks in hand she is ready to roll no matter what. She was able to not only dye my hair the morning of, but get all my 3 bridesmaids hair/make up done, my moms, and mine done supa’ quick. We started at 8 and were done by 1. Extremely flexible gal, will also refill your drink too when you’re too sleepy to stand up. She’s a girls girl. Ya know?? Even after she was finished, I saw her again later that night by chance and she tried fixing up my hair again! What? Dedicated??? Seriously!!! Just goes to show you how much she puts in to making you look flawless and beautiful on such an important day. I only have a few photos of my wedding so far, I don’t do my hair or make up at all. But when I look at these photos I’m like “Wow, I look so good, I look HAWT.” And I owe it all to Holly!”
