Hello! My name is Grace Libby and I’m a traveling bridal stylist located in Central Maine. I graduated from Aveda Institutes in 2021 and have been styling weddings ever since! Since my bridal career has taken off, I’ve been able have been a featured stylist in the Aveda Style Jam, and I’ve been published in The Real Maine Weddings Magazine. I absolutely love my job as a bridal stylist because it allows me to play a small role in each of my couples unique love stories.

I’ll work with you to create a stunning, personalized hairstyle that complements your wedding vision. I’ll travel to your location, whether it's your home, hotel, or wedding venue, equipped with everything needed to craft a beautiful, long-lasting look. From classic up-dos to bridal braids, I’ll take care of every detail to ensure you feel confident and radiant. My bridal hair service includes a thorough consultation, precise styling, scheduled finishing touches, and touch up baggies to ensure your hair stays perfect throughout the day. I want to give you one less thing to stress about so you can focus on celebrating your love and commitment

Prime Season Wedding Dates

Description

During peak season (May–October, Friday-Saturday) a minimum of 4 hair services is required to book (this includes the bride, but excludes flower girls). Pricing: • Bride: $150 • Bridesmaids: $120 each • Blowouts (shoulder-length hair or shorter): $70 • Flower Girls: $55 Bridal Trial Run: $100 (due at the time of the trial) Booking Retainer: $150 (required to secure your wedding date) Travel Fee: $1.00 per mile round-trip from my location

No, it is not, but it is strongly recommended. A trial run is a great way for me to get my hands on your hair and see what is possible with your style. It’s also to give you piece of mind that your comfortable with your chosen style

No I don’t! I go where you want me go and love exploring new places!

I’ve done parties of 9 solo, and have had to bring a second stylist along for parties of 7. It all depends on each brides timeline and how early they are willing to start.

No, I don’t. I just offer hair services, but I have been able to work with amazing MUAs who I would be happy to recommend to you!

Unfortunately, trial run are only for my booked brides. I recommend booking trial runs 4-12 weeks before the wedding so your hair color and length is similar to what it’ll be on the wedding day. This also allows my brides to have their dresses and veil picked out, giving them a better idea of what style they will choose to have for their wedding. booking a trail too far out will mean you are most likely going to be changing your mind multiple times from then until your wedding, especially after picking a dress, resulting in multiple trials. I post my work and encourage my brides to trust the stylist they choose!

Talented AND Kind
If you are considering booking with Grace, just go for it! She is incredibly talented, easy to work with, responsive, reliable, personable, bubbly, and so so kind. She made scheduling easy from the trial through the wedding day. Grace is clearly organized and cares about running a successful business. During the trial and on wedding day, it’s like chatting with a friend which is exactly the vibe you want while getting ready for your special day! It is important to note that I had the WINDIEST wedding day and my hair held up all day. It still looked amazing after photos out in the wind and looked exactly as it did earlier in the day. Thank you so much Grace!

The Best of the Best!
Grace is beyond amazing. My original hairstylist cancelled on me 2 weeks before my wedding and I was scrambling to find someone new. My cousin stumbled upon her instagram looking for hairstylists in Maine. I DM’d her on a whim, praying for anything. She was already fully booked for the season but felt so bad for me that she made sure she could be there on my day. Thank goodness things worked out the way they did because she exceeded our expectations. My hair never holds a curl and the hair she did for me stayed all night. We got so many compliments on our hair all night. Every persons looked perfect from when she first did it. She is not only super personable and sweet but an expert at her craft. Between her and our makeup artist, we were done an hour before we were supposed to be! Thank you Grace you are the best!

I cannot recommend Grace enough!! She did my hair and my 5 bridesmaids hair for my wedding. She was professional, on time, and stuck to the schedule. She was personable and all of my girls loved her so much. We all loved our hair, she is amazing at what she does! Hire her for your wedding hair and you definitely won’t regret it!

Incredible Experience from Start to Finish!
I cannot recommend Grace enough! From the very first conversation through my wedding day, she was such a joy to work with. She’s so kind, genuine, and easy to talk to. My hair is super thick and can be a challenge, but Grace worked absolute magic on it. She nailed exactly what I wanted (and was mindful of what I didn’t), and my style held up beautifully all day long (even when it started to torrentially rain!). It looked stunning in every photo. She also did an incredible job on my bridesmaids and mom, planning her timeline perfectly so that everything felt smooth and stress-free. I felt completely relaxed in her chair and never once worried about being behind schedule. Her professionalism, talent, and calming presence made such a difference on our special day! Grace is truly amazing at what she does, and I’m so grateful I got to have her as part of my wedding.

simply the best!
Grace made it a relaxing hair experience for the whole bridal party. My bridesmaids called Grace our MVP and absolutely loved her calm, professional vibe throughout the morning. Communication with Grace was a breeze, and the trial made a huge difference in ensuring I felt confident on the day. Grace understands the importance of small details and really goes above and beyond to accommodate.
