I started many an email thread to Ryan and then fell off because LIFE and when I picked back up, Ryan responded RIGHT away. And should he be out of office, he is very transparent around timing and closes loops both before and after. (Wedding vendor radio silence can be VERY anxiety inducing!) From the get go, he doled out sage words of wisdom that can only come with his experience and time in the industry. He knew EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING. Truly. His wooden guest book idea, the path he recommended for the wedding party procession, his seating chart and table layout mastery, all the day of paper items he designed himself and professionally printed, his coordination of our florals: we were able to use our wedding flowers for the rehearsal dinner, as well! He brought a guitar from his home and included it in his AV set up, so my brother could live perform a song he had written. He lent my family all the baby things! Pack and play, and whatever else babies need!? (dog parents here) When we flew in to visit the venue, he chauffeured us around town like we were his own family. For these reasons and SO many more, Ryan planned and executed the MOST amazingly perfect wedding weekend Big Sky, Montana has ever seen. I hired Erica and Plum Tree sight unseen. I was planning a wedding reception after an elopement and I needed help as I was just too busy and distracted to do myself. However, I still wanted an elegant, but relaxed affair to celebrate my wedding. Erika exceeded all my expectations. With the exception of one or two, every question she asked me was answered, do whatever you think is best. So I can honestly say she pretty much did everything for me and my reception was AMAZING! She matched colors with some flowers she only saw pics of, she folded napkins and placed menu cards like a boss, and she coordinated with my vendors like the pro she is. We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

The ability to relax and enjoy the wedding day because of our trust in the wedding planner provided an immeasurable comfort that is invaluable to the bride and groom. This trust is something that Kianna and her team provided us, and we confidently know they will provide any couple the same on their wedding day. The planning process for a wedding takes months of active and ongoing work, often with difficult decisions, yet fun moments. Having Kianna alongside us from start to finish ensured that the entire process was operating smoothly and effectively – she helped us navigate the unknowns of planning a wedding, tactfully navigated varying family personalities, and celebrated our joy with us. Especially because we were planning our Montana wedding from out of state, it was comforting to know that Kianna could refer us and connect with vendors on the ground. Even when we had changes to the guest list a week before the wedding (causing stress for the bride), Kianna calmly handled the changes, alleviating the bride’s stress. In addition to gracefully handling and managing the behind-the-scenes for the wedding, Kianna and her team perfectly designed our wedding decor. As a little girl, I always imagined what my wedding would look like and never thought my dream could come true. However, from walking down the aisle at the church, to the first look at the reception room (the culmination of nearly a year of planning), I was able to experience my dream wedding – and I attribute that all to the Golden Hour Events team. Their level of creativity, eye for artistry, elegance, and tastefulness, and attention to detail (right down to the napkins, linens, menus, table numbers, and seating chart) are unmatched. When I opened the doors to the reception ballroom for the first time, I was overcome with so much emotion, as Kianna turned my vision into a reality, while far surpassing my dreams. She transformed an empty ballroom into a beautiful and breathtaking pink wonderland. While the Golden Hour Events team was all around amazing, their unique designs and willingness to go above and beyond for us really stood out as particularly impressive – rather than the same cookie-cutter wedding decor, Kianna constantly was suggesting decor that truly was different and reflected my personal vision. She also tracked down cushions that were the exact size of our chairs when I asked if our chairs could have cushions; she even had her family drive an ice cream cart from Texas to Montana for our dessert ice cream sundae bar. Working with Brooklyn Rain Brides was an incredible experience! Finding Brooklyn felt like fate! She was everything we needed in a planner. My husband and I decided on having a small wedding in a short amount of time and it was better than I ever imagined due to Brooklyns' help! The planning stage was organized, productive and so much fun. I felt like I was chatting with a good friend during our meetings. The moment Brooklyn arrived to the venue on our wedding day, all of my stress vanished. She took my cell phone and really took charge! I was able to finally unwind and really be present with my now husband. She designed a gorgeous sweet heart table and flower arrangements for our reception. Brooklyn made sure that we, the Bride and Groom, were well looked after during the very busy day. From our very first interaction, Brooklyns' communication was organized, calming, and positive. We cannot recommend her team highly enough! *Brooklyn came up with the idea to take photos in the elevator and those are by far my favorite photos in our wedding album!

When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. She handles business, and gives confidence to her clients. Thank you Ashley and Rose Event Co. for turning what could have been a disaster into a day dream!

I had spent an entire year planning my dream wedding and hired Lily as a Day of Coordinator. I am a CPA so as you can imagine, I am very type A. But I had zero hesitation turning things over to Lily! I could tell instantly she had experience in the industry and knew what she was doing. She thought of everything! I can’t forget to mention I planned my Montana wedding from Texas, so it’s tricky to know what the final product would be, but she made sure my vision came to life! Hansen Weddings and Events was so thorough and took the time to truly understand what I wanted the big day to look like. Not only did she help me find some last minute vendors while I was still in Texas, but she guided the rehearsal the night before, helped set up the morning of the wedding, coordinated with all my vendors, instructed the bridal party, guided the guests, and handled some craaaazy weather. It was a warm sunny day until about 10 minutes before the ceremony, it dropped (what felt like) 20 degrees, had high winds, and even started sleeting during our vows. It calmed quickly and a rainbow appeared 30 mins later, but at the time it was hectic. We weren’t sure how much it would progress but Lily worked fast to get the cocktail hour moved, get the vendors re-situated, guide the guests to the new space, and even bring my husband and me a plate of food!! There were a couple hiccups with vendors as the night progressed, but she was quick to resolve them before I even had a chance to think twice about it! She was the perfect balance of warmth and kindness while also being direct and making sure everything stayed on track. When there were times we wanted to move around schedules or step away, she encouraged us and worked in the background to make it happen! All in all, it was a great experience working with her. I am so glad I was able to hand over all those details and just enjoy the day with my husband. I highly recommend Hansen Weddings and Events!!!
