Not only does she know what she is doing in terms of getting all the planned shots, she got incredible candid shots and live shots of my groom and I, our families, and our guests. As we've been looking back so far at our pictures, we get to relive the emotion of the day. It's the intangible thing that an incredible photographer can do--capture the emotion. I can feel our joy radiating out of our photos and I am so grateful I hired Lo. Years from now we are going to get to experience this day over-and-over because the quality of her photos is incredible. His photos are full of life, and I shared so many portraits with guests that actually got printed out or posted online. If you're looking for hundreds of photos of your wedding party that look exactly the same and for every planned second to be documented, Steven is not your person. If you're looking to hit the big moments but focus on capturing raw moments with timeless photos to get framed, I couldn't recommend them more. I never thought I would get a wedding video because it always seemed cheesy to me. But after watching examples of his work I fell absolutely in love with his videos. I've honestly had a hard time watching ours because it evokes so much emotion. Steven was collaborative and willing to go with the flow. We gave him the difficult task of being prepared for 3 different locations with totally differing lighting (indoor/outdoor plus shooting from high sun into the night). He puts an immense amount of care into his work and the photos are truly art that we will cherish forever. If there are specific things you want covered, be sure to share a list. When it comes to capturing the moments that can't be planned, he is on the case!”
