His glam Photo Booth with our initials had stunning images of our loved ones and they lit up on his booth throughout the night and surprised our guests!!!! I am getting chills writing this review thinking about how phenomenal he performed on our wedding day. “The Heartbeat Band killed it. From the outset, it was clear we were dealing with a professional operation. Liz was extremely detailed and worked with our planner to map out the day to the minute. It was easy to give the band the songs we wanted and the songs we didn’t. Liz also did a great job applying some light pressure when she didn’t think we were making good decisions. She was extremely forthright which, although jarring at times, was ultimately appreciated. Additionally, the band added a few extra songs to their repertoire which we greatly appreciate. And, the band reached out requesting to speed up one of the songs for the processional. This was a good idea and speaks to the band’s professionalism and commitment to putting on a good show for all involved. The band’s energy was incredible and kept people on the dance floor all night long. We received so many compliments from guests about the band. The saxophonist in particular was amazing. Our one bit of criticism is that we specifically asked Liz/the band to not talk too much with the crowd. So we were extremely surprised when the band leader did a whole “pump up” routine before our first dance. After our planner talked with him the editorializing ended. In general, the band was great and clearly knew what they were doing. Thank you, Liz and the Heartbeat Band, for helping make our wedding so special!”

Damien worked with us for weeks leading up to our late June wedding to confirm every detail and helped us curate the perfect playlist. He even helped us customize a few songs so that they would have maximum impact. We unfortunately had a sudden rain delay to our ceremony but Damien didn’t miss a beat and perfectly adjusted to ensure everything ran smoothly. The harpist was absolutely beautiful and made our ceremony feel like it was straight out of a story book.
