“I found Olivia, Sharon Valley Harp LLC, through a Facebook group. I called her to discuss availability, contracts, distance, etc. Olivia and I instantly clicked. She was extremely kind, incredibly humble for the extensive resume she possesses, and explained her genuine love for the harp. Leading up to the wedding day she was extremely professional, communicated effectively, and in a timely fashion. She communicated with other vendors and made the process so easy, which allowed the seamless transition on the day of. The wedding day was the first time meeting Olivia in person. She blew away all expectations I’d created. Her kindness allowed me to feel comfortable sharing vulnerable moments. Her talent added a shift in the air elevating the moment from classy to high class. Her timing was impeccable and execution was perfect. She even took pictures and videos of the venue. I would recommend her 10/10 times to ANYONE looking for a harpist.”

“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “We had Nick Wright as our "master DJ" for our June 2026 wedding at Landoll's Mohican Castle. Nick was AMAZING - he was open to every genre of music; including k-pop, the Lord of the Rings soundtrack, video game music, early 2000s, and more! He walked us through the party pleasers app, which was fantastic. You could upload full spotify playlists straight into the app. The app also breaks down each section of wedding day for every song you may need (ceremony, cocktail hour, cutting the cake, dinner, dancing, etc.). Nick was super nice and was able to do our sound for the ceremony, cocktail hour, full dinner and reception, and our grand exit. He was open to all our suggestions; and he brought up things to decide that we hadn't even considered! During the wedding, Nick made sure to check in with us personally and made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend party pleasers for the large selection of rentals, lighting, and their amazing DJs -especially Nick! Lastly, Nick was an amazing "game show host" for our scavenger hunt - we made sure the musical chairs were ready, mc'd the entire hunt, and played a different song for each item! The music was amazing - he played all of our must haves, followed our do-not-play list, and had some amazing early 2000s hip-hop mixes.”

“Overall, we had a good experience with our DJ. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor for most of the night. The music flowed well, and everyone seemed to have a great time. That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. Despite those concerns, he was friendly, punctual, and our guests clearly enjoyed themselves. If having a lively dance floor is your top priority, he does a good job creating a fun atmosphere.”

I watched Video Soul on BET and of course I was a MTV kid like any good 80's baby. I became the resident DJ for 78th Street Studios "Third Friday Art Walk", courtesy of Northcoast Promotions in 2022. I infuse sets that varies in genre, style & eras. I strive to provide a set that is enjoyable for all ages.
