The Loving is a historically Black church that has been beautifully transformed into a modern and intimate event space, perfect for weddings and special occasions. 409 South Main is in the heart of the historic arts district, close to the National Civil Rights Museum. The venue is on the renovated third floor of 409 South Main, which has wonderful views of downtown Memphis. We have the original hardwood floors, exposed bricks and beams. There is a men's lounge, a women's lounge with a make-up bar and a private lounge. The venue holds 300 guests (220-250 if you want everyone seated) with room for food and dancing.
