Champion Events is a large ballroom with seating for up to 130. With a built-in dance floor and sound system, Champion Events makes planning an Event easy and stress-free. We can provide tables, chairs, and tablecloths and have on-site staff to set up and tear everything down.

Horton Events is a captivating downtown masterpiece that is both versatile and spacious, perfect for a wide range of events. Located just three blocks from the Music City Center in the heart of downtown Nashville, our unique space is easily accessible from most downtown hotel. The covered patio is 3,800 square feet of covered outdoor space in the heart of downtown Nashville! The perfect setting for wedding ceremonies, cocktail receptions, dancing and more. Set under our twinkling market lights, a constant breeze makes the space more inviting without the fear of a rain out! The Showroom is exactly that, with its floor to ceiling windows overlooking the patio allowing for lots of natural light when you want it. At 3,500 square feet it is the perfect size for 150 people for a seated dinner or standing reception for 300. The venue also features hardwood floors, a built-in bar, a large catering room, and very spacious bathrooms.

14TENN is located in the Nations, just outside downtown Nashville making it the perfect venue for celebrations, weddings, corporate events, and much more! 14TENN's exposed beams, high ceilings and industrial chandeliers set the tone for your unique event. 14TENN can seat up to 275 guests (or cocktail even more) and offers flexible rentals, including 24-hour, multi-day, and hourly. 14TENN includes the freedom to choose your own vendors, tables and chairs, a client suite, free parking, complimentary wifi and is BYOB and pet-friendly.

Located in the Nations Neighborhood of Nashville, we offer two venues in one space: Nicky's Coal Fired, which can host up to 150, and The Maxwell Room, which can host up to 100. When you host your event with us, pricing is all inclusive. That means every dollar spent will go towards your event- no booking fee, room charge, or empty expenses. Both of our spaces feature original hardwood floors, warehouse style windows, and exposed brick, creating a beautiful raw aesthetic.

The Loving is a historically black church renovated into a modern and intimate event space. Our wedding packages all include ballroom, outdoor ceremony space and/or deck with tables, chairs, additional tables for food and cake if needed, cocktail tables and table linens (table cloths, chair covers, napkins) clean up and set up and at least two people on site for assistance day of. It also includes access to bar and a Bartender is provided (alcohol is BYOB.) Includes bluetooth sound system as well with microphones. This also includes any in house decor we have- couples are free to use it. Suite and Groom Quarters are provided and bookings get property access at 8 am to midnight. 2024 pricing is $3200 for a Saturday date and $2700 for a Friday or Sunday date. $1700 Mon thru Thursday and Micro weddings (less than 30) start at $1200.

We are not another business, like a farm, a country club, or historic site that also does events occasionally. Special events ARE our business. After starting his own catering company, Chef Christopher immediately knew he wanted to own his own event venue. In 2011, EPIC Event Centre opened. Now it's all about every little detail! Chef Christopher's wife, Brenda, quickly fell in love with being an entrepreneur and become the CEO of the company. Two of their sons now work in the kitchen and one son is in sales and operations. Running a family business wasn't their original intention, it just happened naturally. But "the family" doesn't stop with just the Newtons. All our team members quickly become family! We tend to attract very passionate and detail oriented staff members whose #1 goal is to meet and exceed your expectations. We all love what we do and it shows.
