Maxine is the Pastry Chef behind Baked By Max. She attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and received her Associates in Baking & Pastry Arts. Once graduated, Maxine returned to the Seattle area to work in local bakeries to master her skills. She created Baked By Max in 2020 and has grown to provide delicious desserts to the Greater Seattle area.

I started PREMIUM CARBS because I honestly got tired of carbs receiving a bad rap over the years plus the many many people who've encouraged me to start my own operation.
