Hi, I’m Casey. I run this. I moved to Seattle in 2014 and yet, don’t consider myself a local. Willing to get a tree tattoo to expedite the process. I started PREMIUM CARBS because I honestly got tired of carbs receiving a bad rap over the years plus the many many people who've encouraged me to start my own operation. So this Community Supported Bakery (CSB) is the lovechild of that idea. I just love to bake so you get to benefit from that obsession. #IWDFCFTBATK

PREMIUM CARBS is a Community Supported Bakery (CSB) that focuses on simple, fresh ingredients and breaking down the stigma of “bad carbs.” We like good carbs. As a CSB, we give back to our community with everything we make and sell. Through our CARBS FOR GOOD program, we donate a portion of our profits to local Seattle organizations helping people get access to high quality food.

Two Dozen Cupcakes

Price$75

Description

You can expect 24 cupcakes to start around $75 and prices will vary with flavors, fillings and frostings. Cupcakes make a great cake alternative or can support a smaller wedding cake for big groups!

Yes! All wedding cake orders include a private tasting. We charge a small fee of $25 and if you order a wedding cake, we discount the fee in your final order.
Yes! We deliver to the Seattle area and that cost is included in your proposal. We also offer free pickup and extended delivery outside of Seattle for a fee.
This is your cake and we can accommodate almost any dietary restriction, from gluten-free, to kosher, to sugar-free! During our consult we will get to know you and your accommodations so you have the absolute best cake.

Absolutely! We will work with you during our consult to understand your vision for your cake. We love Pinterest pins, Instagram posts, and your wedding theme! So bring it on!
Who doesn't like extra cake!? We generally recommend 20-35% over your guest list so if you have 50 guests, we'd recommend a 60-70 slice cake.
Each cake is unique and built to order. But we offer many additions like stands, monogrammed utensils and cutting knifes, even custom toppers.
We use strict food safety protocol and make sure our preparation and delivery of any food item is up to state and local health department standards.
Tastings are the best part of wedding planning. So we want to make it special! How we do tastings is after speaking to you on the phone, we will come up with 3-4 flavor combinations and deliver or pickup jumbo cupcakes in those flavors. This gives you a chance to experience exactly what your cake will taste like on your wedding day. Tastings are always included in the price of your wedding cake.
