“We had our dream wedding at the Flagstaff House in Boulder, CO. This venue is absolutely breathtaking. The views are unbeatable. Every moment of the day flowed so perfectly, 100% thanks to the venue coordinator, Annie. Annie, you are such a joy to work with. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for curating such an incredible day for us. You worked to bring our vision to life. The food and cake were 10/10, delicious. (Yes, they even made the cake!) We had 50 guests at our August, Saturday, daytime wedding. I was so grateful for the transparency Flagstaff House provided with costs associated with the wedding. There were no surprise fees added onto the bill. Everything was such a dream when it came to our venue choice. If you are having a smaller guest count like us (or more than 50) you don't have to look any further. There is not a single bad word I could say. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much!”

“The Boettcher Mansion is a fairytale venue! It is absolutely gorgeous inside, but the outdoor space is what really sold us. When my husband and I got married in June the flowers were in full bloom, and we were surrounded by butterflies. The mansion is in a pine forest and has fantastic mountain views (the lookout in the photo is just across the street). We really wanted our wedding to feel like a mountain, wildflower fantasy and Boettcher was perfect! All the staff at Boettcher are amazing! We primarily worked with Dana and Shea, who were both incredibly well organized and helpful throughout the planning process. Overall, Boettcher was our dream venue, and I would highly recommend it!”

“We had our wedding at The Rose Event Center in September 2025 and the entire process was a DREAM! The venue is stunning and has so much character - exactly what we were looking for! This was our 4th venue we toured and I knew it was the one the moment we started to walk through. Both Patricia and Emily were incredible to work with. They were extremely prompt and organized in every email and conversation we had. What we loved the most is that this is an all-inclusive venue -- something that is not very typical with other venues. The transparency in the price and what it includes were 100% exact & there were no hidden fees. We loved working with their recommended vendor (elite entertainment) for our DJ and decor. That is the only outside vendor, besides our photographer & makeup/hair people. We chose to add extra time and have access to the venue earlier on our wedding day so that both parties could get ready at the venue and I highly recommend doing that! We both had breakfast at nearby restaurants and timed everything out so that the girls would arrive first to start getting ready. The bridal space upstairs is gorgeous and perfect for getting ready with your girls. We had our first look in the state room (bar upstairs) and it was the perfect intimate moment we wanted. We sent our wedding party & parents down to the park (2 blocks away) by the river and walked down there after our first look for family/bridal party photos - a true dream without having to coordinate transportation. I cannot recommend The Rose and their staff enough. The food was delicious and our guests enjoyed being able to explore up on the mezzanine level throughout the night. (*inside tip - you can go to the Buffalo Rose next door and do a wine tasting before making your wine selections!) Make sure you get the Churros for dessert! Our *only* regret is that we didn't have more dessert for out guests -- it ran out very quickly as we had more guests stay than expected and everyone wanted the churros (we did the dessert bar with 4 different varieties) Book your tour at The Rose Event center - you won't regret it!”

“The St Vrain is such a beautiful venue with intentionally decorated spaces. Mark and Annie were wonderful to work with and very communicative. We got married in April and unfortunately were unlucky with the weather, however, we didn’t have to worry much since the St Vrain is primarily indoors, spacious and was easily able to accommodate our 120 guests. Some of their recommended vendors were out of our price range so we had to do a little additional research to find the right vendors for us. Overall, we are extremely glad we chose the St Vrain.”

“We planned our wedding at the Oxford in less than six months, and could not have been happier with the entire process. Brittany was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly listened to what we wanted. She was relaxed and calm, but ALWAYS on top of it, and provided us many options as we weighed our priorities. The entire event felt so much like us. Planning and working with Brittany was made easy because she is so organized, and never imposed her own views on us (but gave great advice when we asked). We absolutely loved the accommodations offered to us and to our guests, and the service at the hotel was exemplary - all of the staff are so friendly! There were no hidden or tricky costs, and the food was absolutely phenomenal - people still talk about it over a year later! We found such ease in being able to host all in one spot - many of our guests stayed at the hotel, we held the ceremony and reception there, and transportation was super easy for everyone. Guests enjoyed the cocktail lounge after the reception, and many ate next store at the Urban Farmer for breakfast. It's a special place to go back to now - we loved our wedding and the planning process, and cannot recommend working with Brittany enough!”

“Christian was wonderful at communicating, and welcomed our need to have digital tours since we lived out of state. I was always so busy and horrible at answering emails, but he always made sure things were done by deadlines. The venue was beautiful, and the food was wonderful. Our wedding was around 40 people, and just the main floor worked beautifully! We did all of the decorations and cake ourselves, and the venue was perfect while working with us and making sure we had everything set up quickly and the way we wanted it. “The University Club is a hidden gem in the Denver area for a Wedding Venue. The U Club is not only a beautiful one-stop-shop but the staff were wonderful to work with! They were all so accommodating and went above and beyond by setting up our wedding décor and supplying their own, cleaning up after the reception, supplying all food, drinks, linens, & furniture, and coordinating every detail on our big day so we didn't have to worry about anything. There was constant communication between us and the Director of Events and day-of coordinator, Jessica, so that the timeline went exactly as expected. We loved having a room to get ready in on the morning of our wedding that also kept the bridal party separated prior to the ceremony. The food and drinks were AMAZING!!! We had such a good experience for our tasting!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue for anyone looking for a classy, timeless venue for their wedding!!!”

“Aside from the Acoma House being an absolutely stunning hotel and venue, Christina, the owner, and her staff lead us through our night seamlessly. The attentiveness and care we received took an event that could have been extremely stressful and turned it into a night we'll never forget. Christina's recommended vendors exceeded all of our expectations. We had some pretty intense food restrictions and her caterer handled it without a blink of an eye. Our photographer, another of Christina's recommendations, blew our minds with her laid back attitude and amazing photos. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this whole experience was. If you're looking for an intimate venue and amazing photo opportunities The Acoma House is the spot for you!!”

“We had our wedding at The Ramble and stayed for multiple nights leading up to and after the special day. I have zero complaints about our whole stay, everything was perfect. The venue is stunning. The food and drinks were delicious. The rooms were very cute and comfortable. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful to us and our guests. They went out of their way multiple times to ensure our comfort and it was so appreciated. Leading up to the day, they were very communicative and so welcoming with each visit we made. Planning the wedding from out of state, they truly took so much pressure off our plate. Tessa and her team absolutely killed it, and it shows in how smoothly they are able to run an event. We’re so thankful they helped create a special day for us.”

About wedding venues in Tabernash, CO

What Makes Colorado's Wedding Venues Unique?

Colorado's wedding venues offer something truly special, blending architectural diversity with stunning natural scenery. You'll find sophisticated urban elegance at the Grand Hyatt Denver right alongside the rustic charm of Spruce Mountain Ranch. Every window at the Flagstaff House Restaurant frames breathtaking mountain vistas while Tapestry House By Wedgewood Weddings pairs Victorian beauty with meticulously maintained gardens. Mountain View Ranch takes indoor-outdoor flow to the next level with retractable walls that let you seamlessly connect with nature while keeping guests comfortable. When it comes to costs you'll be pleasantly surprised - Colorado venues typically run between $6,000 and $6,800, which falls on the lower end of what you'd pay nationally where prices range from $6,500 to $12,000.

How Much Does a Colorado Mountain Wedding Cost?

Planning a Colorado mountain wedding for 150 guests? You're looking at around $46,999 total. Here's how that breaks down across your key vendors: - Florists: 16% ($7,466) - Venues: 14% ($6,399) - Catering: 11% ($5,119) - Photography: 10% ($4,622) - Videography: 9% ($4,124) - Wedding Planning: 9% ($4,124) - Bar Services: 9% ($4,095) - Bands and DJs: 3% ($1,500) - Cake and Desserts: 2% ($801) - Hair and Makeup: 1% ($670)

When Should You Book Colorado Wedding Services?

Timing is everything when planning your Colorado wedding. Start with your venue 13 months out - that's 390 days before your big day. Your photographer and wedding planner should be next on the list about 10 months ahead. Most other vendors including your florist caterer and videographer need about 9 months' notice while hair and makeup artists typically want 8 months' heads up. Planning a fall wedding? Book even earlier since September sees the highest demand.

Which Colorado Mountain Regions Offer the Best Wedding Settings?

You'll find perfect settings year-round in Colorado's mountains. The Grange shows off spectacular fall colors with its aspen groves while Della Terra lets you host cozy outdoor ceremonies with snowy peaks as your backdrop. Spring brings wildflower meadows at Wild Basin Lodge and summer celebrations shine under Balistreri Vineyards' pergola-covered patio. September proves most popular combining perfect temperatures with reliable weather.

How Do Denver Wedding Venues Compare to Mountain Locations?

Whether you're drawn to city sophistication or mountain majesty Colorado's got you covered. Craftwood Peak puts you face-to-face with Pikes Peak while The Simon offers industrial-chic style with Denver skyline views. You can celebrate in the historic Kirk Of Highland or surrounded by Garden of the Gods' stunning red rocks. City venues like Rooftop1630 deliver urban views while mountain locations connect you directly with nature.

What Weather Contingencies Do Colorado Venues Provide?

Colorado venues know how to handle whatever weather comes your way. Mount Vernon Canyon Club keeps you connected to the views through its glass-enclosed reception space while Church Ranch Event Center offers multiple indoor ceremony spots with mountain vistas through massive windows. Want a winter ceremony? Ashley Ridge has heated outdoor pavilions and Meadow Creek Lodge keeps everyone comfortable with covered walkways between venues.

Where Can You Find All-Inclusive Colorado Wedding Packages?

Looking to simplify your planning? Wedgewood Weddings properties across Colorado including Tapestry House and Mountain View Ranch handle everything from catering to coordination. The Grand Hyatt Denver includes room blocks with their packages while Balistreri Vineyards wraps up wine service catering and coordination in one easy contract. These venues make planning easier with dedicated coordinators managing timelines and vendor teams.

How Do Colorado Wedding Budgets Scale with Guest Count?

Your Colorado wedding budget flexes with your guest list: - 50 guests: $20,802 - 100 guests: $34,304 - 150 guests: $46,999 - 200 guests: $58,346 - 250 guests: $69,693 - 300 guests: $81,041 This scaling helps you maintain the quality you want while adjusting for your perfect guest count.
