He also has you do a questionnaire to help narrow down the right dj for you based off your music preferences. Mike will reached out periodically to follow up & also puts you in touch with the dj the week of the wedding to go over details. Teddy arrived on time and kept everyone on our toes throughout the night. The only thing I will say, is if you’re doing bridal party introductions it’s best to rehearse it if possible. Or give an exact time of the song for your dj to play when each couple comes out.”

I also appreciated that we would get monthly emails with general wedding reminders of what is typically done that month during wedding planning. That was super helpful for myself who did not hire a wedding planner and had zero experience with planning events. We gave him songs for the ceremony and he made them his own and added his own flare making them unique for our day. He also played live for our cocktail hour where I received several compliments from our guests. Finally he was our dj for the reception helping to announce our wedding party with enthusiasm and kept our guests packed on the dance floor all night. I would recommend Derek 100 times over! He was so easy and smooth to work with and an absolute joy to have. He even worked with my wedding party to record a song they wrote to surprise us with. I’ve been at other weddings and events that he’s done and the energy and professionalism he brings is always top notch. Derek puts his heart and soul into all he does and he's one of a kind!
